"What?! Why the hell are you just realizing this?" Abby asked tiredly.

"Abby relax. What happened?" Emma demanded.

"He hit me again. He slapped me in the face , twice and I started to bleed. I can't live like this anymore. I need to leave him. I have to move on. And when I tell him that I'm filing for a divorce and restraining order, I want you two to be there."

"As your bodyguards I'm guessing," Abby said sarcastically.

"Sure whatever. Just please. I wanna tell him when the sun is fully up."

"You couldn't of waited till the sun was up to tell us?"

"Cork it yeah whiny little bitch," I say with a sly smile. "Love you!"

"You're like so funny like seriously," Abby responds with a little more sass than intended.

"Well it looks like the sun is up to me so let's go," Emma said annoyed probably from the seventh grade fight Abby and I are having.

We all get into my car and I start the engine.

"Let's go get rid of this bitch!" Abby yells with excitement.

As we pull into my driveway, my entire body starts to shake uncontrollably. I can't calm down and I'm scared shitless. I don't know how Shawn will react and frankly I don't wanna know. But I know I have to do this. I know I deserve better and I know I'm better than him. As I get out of the car I feel a tight grip on my arm. As I turn around in fear I realize it's only Abby's hand trying to comfort me. We walk into the garage in a line. Emma in front, Abby in the back and obviously I'm in the middle. I open the garage, then the door to the house. I open it slowly and carefully and as I do Emma steps in front of me. We walk single file into the kitchen only to find Shawn. Sitting at the table like he's been waiting for me.

"I see you've decided to come home. I was soo worried," he says with a smirk.

"I'm leaving."

After I tell him, he gets up from his chair with cold dark eyes and walks towards me. He shoves Emma out of the way and glares into my blue eyes. I don't know what is about to happen and I don't want to know.

"Leaving huh?" he responds. "Well that's unacceptable," he says while raising his hand in a hitting position.
