Escaping the Mines (Lukas x Nell)

(Nell's POV)
Things had started to get very hard ever since I was eliminated in the Lava Race. I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that Em, my very best friend since I was trapped in the Games, had betrayed me like that. I didn't know why she would do that, or how she could be so selfish... I mean, we were on the same team! I sighed as my thoughts continued to race around in my head.

FInally, my thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a pigman snorting at me. I looked up at it, glaring slightly as I got back to work, mining up the quartz ores I was assigned to. I tried to ignore my thoughts, pushing them back as far as I could. Sadly, that attempt failed, and I started to feel weak and on the verge of tears. Before I knew it, Facemeat came through and ordered us to wrap up our mining for today. I sighed as I put my pickaxe away and headed out to the portal. We headed back to the miners dorm to rest for the day ahead of us.

While I was sleeping on my cot, I heard the window creaking. My eyes fluttered open as I slowly sat up. I glanced over at the window, confused when I saw someone tugging at the handle on the outside. Suddenly, the person managed to pry the window open and get inside the dorm. I squinted before my eyes widened at who had just broken in.

"Blonde dude?" I whispered softly.

He sighed and whispered, "It's Lukas, Nell! And try to be quiet, I'm going to break you out of here!"

"Why? I was eliminated after all..." I asked, nervously rubbing my arm.

He walked over and smiled softly, "Because, your whole team wasn't eliminated. According to Otto, you shouldn't be having to work in the mines just yet."

"Still, what if you get caught?" I whispered.

Lukas chuckled softly, "Don't worry, I won't. I let Jesse and Harper know what I was doing in case Hadrian found out. Now come on, we don't have much time!"

With that, Lukas brought me over to the window he came through.Once we were both out on the second floor roof, he shut the window as best he could. After that, he jumped down from the roof and landed perfectly on his feet. I gulped nervously, being a bit more hesitant. Lukas reassured me that he would catch me, so I jumped off after a moment. I closed my eyes tightly, hearing a soft chuckle after a couple seconds. I opened my eyes, blushing madly at the fact that I was in Lukas's arms. He put me down and grabbed my hand. He led me back to the competitor dorms, right to where he was staying.

Once we were in his room, Lukas led me over to his bed. He helped me lie down, since my arms and legs were still very weak from the hard labor of quartz mining. Lukas sighed softly as he laid next to me. He wrapped his arms around me, pulling me close to him. I was still blushing as my head rested on his chest. I suddenly got this weird feeling in my core. Not truly knowing what it was, I decided to ask Lukas.

"Lukas, what's this weird feeling I'm having in my stomach?" I asked hesitantly.

Lukas blushed softly, "How do you not know?"

"Well, they don't tell us much around here..." I answered.

He gulped, "It's called being 'turned on'. It means your body is wanting to have sex..."

The blush on my face got brighter as I pulled myself away from him. I sat up abruptly, causing him to sit up as well. I looked away from him in embarrassment. I just made things very clear that I was a virgin, and that I had no clue what I was about to get myself into.

"Listen, if you want my help, I will help you. I'll take things easy and you can tell me if you want more. Sound good to you?" he asked me, reassuring that he would be careful with me.

I nodded, "Alright..."

Lukas smiled softly as he helped me lie down again. I bit my lip softly as he took his hand to my hip. He rubbed my side gently before trailing it down to my competitor's leggings. He looked up at me for approval to take them off, and I nodded. As soon as I did, he gripped onto the helm of them, as well as my panties, and slowly lowered them down.
