Chapter Forty Two

Nicole

I'm a little nervous but we're heading to his condo. I'm anxious to be alone with him. I've missed him so much, and I need to be with him, feel him, and touch him. I need to know he's still mine.

The ride back is pretty quiet as I mull over everything Devin shared with me. Everything he went through pains me, and I'm crushed that he had to deal with all of that alone. I really hope he understands that he has me now and will let me be what he needs. I am so in love with this man and will do anything for him.

Reaching over, I place my hand on his thigh, and he glances at me and then back onto the road. With a small smile on his lips he asks, "You ok over there?"

Turning to look at him, I smile back, "I'm fine, and I hope you are too."

He winks at me, "I'm fine if you are. You are my concern, baby."

And there we have it, and I love it. He can still turn me into mush.

We walk inside, and I'm greeted by a happy fur baby, who apparently missed me too. Jack is jumping on me, furiously wagging his tail, trying to lick me.

Devin is fussing at him. "Get down, Jack! No...get off of Nicole!"

"It's ok...I missed you too, Jack." He leans in for me to scratch his head.

"Who's a good boy? Who's a good boy? Was Daddy good to you while I was gone?"

Devin chuckles. "Probably not, since Daddy was in such a pissy mood most of the time."

He looks at his dog and points down the hall. "Alright Jack, Daddy needs time with Nicole, so go to your room."

Jack normally listens but this time he just sits there with his head to the side, as if to say, 'I need her too, daddy!'

I laugh as Devin drags my favorite pup to his room. I call out to Jack. "Bye Buddy, see you later."

Devin comes back down the hall and takes me by the hand, leading me to the sofa. He sits beside me and leans down to take off my shoes. Then, sitting back, Devin places his hand on my thigh and gently rubs.

"You ok? You need anything, something to drink, maybe?"

Turning completely in his direction, I stretch my hand to turn his face towards me. I press my lips onto his for a soft kiss and pull back.

My lips are still tingling from it. "I just needed that."

Devin's eyes turn slightly gray, searching mine. I don't know what he's looking for but I sure know what I want. I stand up and hold my hand out for his to join mine. He stands, and I lead him towards the hallway to his bedroom.

Sitting beside her is all I need right now. Touching her still has a calming effect on me...it's like I can feel all of the tension from the past month just roll away. I don't care about anything or anyone else at this moment. Just her.

When Nicole places her lips on mine, my entire body ignites. It is a simple kiss, but it isn't about the kiss; it's about her. The power she has over me...I will do anything for Nicole.

When we get into my bedroom, it feels like our first time together all over again. Fireworks explode inside my chest, and my cock is ready to burst through my jeans. The tiny bit of control that I have left is almost out the window. Pressing Nicole into the back of the door, her face tips up towards mine, and I slowly lean in to kiss her...gently, trying to remain calm. Sparks fly as my tongue moves in to taste hers. It's all I can do to pull away long enough to bring her to my bed. Clothes hit the floor, and our kiss turns hard, exploding with all of the passion we have been missing. Pushing her back onto the bed, my eyes never leave her as I climb on top. Resting my elbows on either side of her head on the pillow, my lips place feather light kisses all over her face.

"Baby, you have no idea how much I need you, right now...so damn much Nicole. I've been crazy out of my mind without you."

Her hands are sliding over my chest, gliding over my arms, and coming around to stroke my back, like she trying to memorize every part of me. Nicole pulls me into her mouth, where she takes over, showing me just how much she's missed me too. Moaning into her mouth, my hand slides down her side to her hips and her belly, working my way towards her core. I slowly make my way inside, not wanting to rush this moment, but once I feel how wet she is for me, I'm not sure if I can wait any longer.

"Oh baby," my hand reaches to stroke my cock a few times before slowly sinking into her moist velvety goodness.

Her eyes turn glassy, and a single tear comes from her eye. Catching it with a gentle kiss before it reaches its destination, I search her eyes.

Nicole's eyes go wide as more tears roll down her beautiful face. She smiles up at me and whispers, "Oh my God, Devin...I love you. So much. You have no idea."

Her muscles jump and clench around me so tight I'm almost ready to come. Shit. She's killing me.

Nicole's arms wrap around my neck, pulling me into her lips, and then my hips start moving, circling into her. I whisper against her mouth, "I think I have some idea, baby, now let me make love to you and show you how much you mean to me."
