21- his touch

Ezzyln pov- 

Today is the day we decided it was time to meet my mom and talk to her officially after years of thinking I will never meet her or see her again.

I'm in my bathroom doing skincare and Antonio is in the shower getting ready. I decided I wasn't going to take Lily because I didn't want her to be around my mom until I knew what her intentions are. 

While I was putting my hair in a ponytail, Antonio comes out of the shower in nothing and it took everything in me not to bend down. 

"Hi baby, I know you may not be ready but I will be with you every step of the day and you can leave at any time." He says hugging me from the back 

I just love this man so much

"Thank you so much Antonio"

We are currently in the café waiting for my mom. It's been so long since I actually had an conversation with her since her showing up at the nail salon

"Stop shaking you will be fine baby." Antonio says laying his hand on my thigh to make it to stop moving

Before I can start saying something, the door rang and it was my mom

She looks around before smiling when she found us

"I am so sorry that I was late, I had to take the bus since I don't have an car." she says as scatters to sit on the seat

She looks different. I don't remember seeing her like this before. I mean she usually had bags around her eyes and is slurring her words but I'm not going to change my mind about her not yet at least.

"Where do I start? Ezzy bear, your dad was the one who introduced me into drugs. At first, I didn't want to do it but I was in love or so I thought. It all changed when we had you, he started acting like he ruled over us. At that time, I was addicted to drugs. As soon as you left, it became a real eye opener for me. I left your dad and started a new life. I hired a private investigator to find you and I became clean. I went looking for you to make sure you didn't end up like me. You didn't,  you have handsome husband and a beautiful kid. I'm really sorry about everything. I wish I would've taken you away from it." She finishes wiping a tears from her face.

I was in shock from what she just told me. I don't know if I can forgive right away but at least I know the truth 

"This is my boyfriend Antonio and that little girl is my girl that I adopted from the hospital I work at. I don't know when I'm going to forgive you but I appreciate you coming here and explaining yourself." Tapping Antonio notifying him that I was ready to leave

"I'll be in contact" I just say standing up and making my way to the exit holding Antonio's hand.

Once we get out the café , Antonio engulfs me in his chest and just says "very proud of you mi amor"

I'm extremely proud of myself more than anything right now

"Mommy, when are you going to give me or sister or a brother?" Lily wonders as she's playing with her dolls 

"umm idk baby but I hope one day"

"otay" 

As we continue to play with the dolls, Axel comes in giving me so time to go talk to Antonio and  check up with him

Walking to the office, I hear yelling and screaming, I was thinking about maybe turning the other  way but actually why not go find out what's happening?

I open the door and both of them stop to look at me

The woman is around 5'9 and has such healthy brunette hair. She has a very skimpy dress on that I don't think we look good on anybody else but her. Lastly, she has such pretty lips with red lipstick on to define it. 

If I wasn't in love with Antonio, That would've been my first choice

"who's this beautiful woman?" The woman questions coming up to me taking my hand and kissing it

"Ezzyln" blushing at her eyes that are staring at my body

" Violet back off, she's my wife" 

OH so now I'm suddenly his "wife"

"Ezzyln this is Violet, my cousin"

"nice to meet you" I say shaking her hand

"nice to meet you too, if you ever get tired of my stupid cousin you know where to find me" she suggests walking the office

"I like her" I smile to Antonio

Antonio groans "I know you would, you guys are literally twins"

I just laugh it off 

"Antonio let's go on vacation" I mumbled 

Antonio takes a minute before he responds

"Anywhere you want baby"
