26- his love

Ezzyln pov-

"Lily baby wake up it's time for school" I gently rub on Lily to get her up kissing her forehead

"hey mommy," she says while yawning

"hi baby go brush your teeth and take a shower while I make you breakfast okay"

"Okay mommy," she says while going to go kiss my belly

Lily found out that I was pregnant when she decided to read my doctor's appointment papers and she had been obsessed since.

It's been two months since I've seen Antonio. I've been to a doctors appointment by myself to make sure everything's okay with the baby. I don't think he knows I'm pregnant and I would like to keep it that way.

As I'm making Lily's breakfast, I get a phone call

'Mario'

what does Mario want?

I decided to pick up

"hey Mario, is there anything you need?"

"you"

"me?" I answer back confused

"I never told you how Antonio and I became bestfriends. He saved me when I was at my lowest and for that I wouldn't know where I will be without him. Right now Antonio is his lowest and he needs saving. Please can you go put sense into him. I'm not asking for you to forgive him or anything but he would listen to anything you say"

I don't know what I would say and I don't think I want to either

the phone call goes silent for a minute

"please Ezzyln. I beg you"

I hope I don't regret this

"fine but that will be after I drop Lily off on my time" I sigh

"Thank you so much. Your the best" and with that he cuts off.

what did I just get myself into

After dropping Lily off at school I came back home to go get changed to go to Antonio's house

Since I'm two months into my pregnancy you can see my bump and it's honestly pretty big for me only to be two months

I still don't want Antonio knowing that I'm pregnant so if it means layering up. I'm going to layer up

I get Antonio's house and I met by Mario in the front of the house

He hugs me and says " thank you so much. He really needs your help. He is upstairs in his room."

I walk up the stairs to the room and take a deep breath before walking in

Antonio was on the bed writing something in his journal. His face looked worn out and he looked more tired like he hasn't be sleeping

It takes him a minute before he notices I'm in the room

"Ezzyln?"

"yes"

"I'm sorry"

"for?" right to the point I see

"I'm so sorry for that day. I was not in the right headspace at all"

"I forgive you but you need to go take a bath you stank" I say

He chuckles while getting up to head to the bathroom

I follow him and he starts to run the water for the bath

"How's Lily doing?" He asks while staring at me. I think he notices something different about me too but don't know what yet
