Once again I wake up to the same room I first woke up to, when I know for sure that I fell asleep in a park bench last night.
Suddenly the door to the room opens and Alex stands there with relief and anger surging through his eyes. Just behind him I see a familiar pair of dark brown eyes staring back at me, and that's what breaks me.
A sob racks my body as I feel arms wrap around me and Alex's whispered voice in my ear, trying to calm me down. "It's ok, Raven. It's alright. Shh, calm down Raven."
We stay like that for a couple of more minutes more until my sobs finally quiet down. I'm surprised I cried, I know it must of been all the guilt piling up on my shoulders.
The guilt of not talking to Luis as much as I used to, and the guilt of kissing Alex when I know it's no use.
"Are you good now?" Alex asks in a soft tone, I nod my head not trusting myself to speak.
"Hey Alex, is it alright if I talk to Raven for a few minutes?" Luis asks, an edge to his tone.
"Sure." Alex stands up and walks out of the room, closing the door behind him.
"Ray, what's going on?" Luis uses his nickname for me.
"I don't know, Luis. I don't know." I reply softly.
I feel his arm sling over my shoulders, and he pulls me to him. I'm not much of a cryer, yet I start with the damned tears again.
"What's wrong Ray?"
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I don't talk to you as much as I used to. And you were with me through the whole thing. I'm sorry I didn't come to you, I'm so sorry." I ramble, until Luis shuts me up.
"It's ok Ray. I see the way he looks at you and I know he'll be good for you." Luis gives me a soft smile, while he wipes my tears away. "Just don't block me out, I'm still you friend."
I pull him in for a hug and breathe in his familiar scent, then breathe out knowing that I can never lose Luis. My only friend.
"I love you, Luis. Thank you so much."
"It's no problem Ray, and I love you too." He kisses the top of my head then pulls me up. "Ok, now that we got the drama out of the way," he smiles softly and winks at me. "Go wash your face, then Alex says he's taking us to dinner."
"Really? But I haven't showered or even have a change of clothes." Luis gives me a sneaky smile.
"I've come prepared, now go take a shower Ray." He says in his most serious voice.
Laughing at him, I salute him and go into the bathroom to take a shower.

When I get out of the shower I see a little bag on the counter, and chuckle at Luis choice of clothes.
I see he put a dress, shirt, skirt, shoes, heels, my makeup, and my comb in the bag. I start laughing because I know he doesn't know what he should've chosen for me, and wondering how he fit all that in a small bag.
I put on my only dress, which is just a black lace dress with a heart neckline with my black wedges. I do the smoky eye look, and put on dark red lip stick, and leave my hair just the way it is.
I head out of the bathroom, with the little bag on my back, and head to the living room to find Alex and Luis watching a basketball game on T.V.
"Oh who's playing?" I ask eyes glued to the T.V. trying to see who's playing.
"Pay up rich boy." I stare at Luis confused.
"Damn it." Alex mutters under his breath.
"What are you guys talking about?" I ask, exasperated that they most likely made a bet about something.
