I came back from my trip, all my things have already been move to Max's , with a little update to my wardrobe , some designer bags , shoes,hat and clothes, oh my God this side of my closet is beautiful ,  am glad you like it,  when I show gary picture of you, she said I know what she will like,  see our bedroom also gary and his husband redecorate it too, I saw a picture me and him took of the beach in Hawaii been hang on, they made feel like it my place also, they will be here tomorrow also, okay I said. Liefie    I miss you,  I missed you too.  We made love , told him all about my trip.
Morning was here and the couples arrives,  they walked in , hi max, hi Gary meet my girlfriend, Lara this is Gary and his husband, Gary's is home designer, he was the one who helped to bring all the design to life on this house, nice to meet  Gary, this is my husband Kim, Kim is gorgeous Asian guy with a nice jawline, if he wants not gay, I may asked him out,  did you like the clothes I picked for you? I loved it, I brought few  more for you to try, I see you like to ice out says Kim, I know a jeweler around here , we can go together, oh really , I have a wedding coming up soon I need some few jewelry's, you can wear this grown you just tried out to the wedding Lara, he helped me put the dress together even if it not something I will wear to the wedding,  me and Kim went to the jeweler , got myself a iced out rose gold Daytona with bust down cuban link bracelet, add another tennis chain to the one I had before, got home showed max what I bought , babe you should have taken my card he said to me, it fine I worked hard sometimes I need to spoil myself, you already spent alot by upgrading my closet, goddess I didn't spend that much, okay next time I will take your card am sorry, I made us dinner. 
Aisha posted on her social the makeup kit she got from me , I showed max, I need my office space and also hire few makeup artist that my next step , I also need to get my product to be available on the popular online site , babe you really have big plans for your brand, I can arrange a meet with the CEO of the company I know him, he said to me, really babe you will do that for me, I have been trying to get an appointment with him but  it was impossible, anything for you goddess .  
It was the weekend of Aisha and Anthony wedding, the boys had there bachelor party at the vineyard, Aisha told Anthony no stripper or anything crazy, after All she knows her man to be a flirt around ladies,  the ladies went to strip club, this was my first time there, I got a  sexy lap dance from the hunky Australia, I dance on the pole, I got a tip from the ladies there , it was a wild night for us.
The boys night wasn't as wild as us, they had a belly dancer at there party, drinking, smoking cuban cigar, thanks to the spy Aisha had in there , her brother.
  I was busy with the bridesmaids makeup, it was a last minute thing, during the party Aisha was telling the ladies all the people I did makeup for and the one's I didn't know, so ladies was like oh Lara you have to do our makeup, so I helped the ladies also, did Aisha makeup, did mother of the bride , when I was done I changed to my dress too, I wore this elegant mint green blazer midi length dress with a slit in the front ,  the ceremony was beautiful, Mrs heerden attended the wedding but she was not at the reception, I saw her leaving cause Aisha pointed at her through the window of room, she was saying goodbye to her son, when we saw them.
We got home from the wedding tired, babe I have something to tell you my mom she is town and we have to go meet her at the hotel she is staying,  if not she will come to the house,  babe let your mom come to the house I said (in my head am like if she doesn't like me or make a ride comment no one around us will hear , whatever she will say in the house will be less embarrassing ) babe babe you okay max asked, you looked lost in thoughts, am okay am just trying to figure out what to cook for your mom I said, am scared this woman may not like me ; I tried to his my fear from him as he was also trying to hid his,  am sorry we had to do this tomorrow, some one not some one drew with his big mouth told my mom I have a girlfriend at the wedding, wait a minute you don't want her to know about me, not yet babe, maybe when we had get married or  something then I can introduce you to both of my parents, wow do you think she may not like me? My mom has never liked any of my girlfriend.but she will like you, I need to call that knuckle head he has to be here tomorrow,  drew you have to be here , you were the one blurted out so mister re you coming, I could hear Maxwell telling drew on the phone, what do mean you can't come? Why did you even do that, you know how my mom is, do thinks she knows already, anyway there's nothing FBI don't know. I could see he was in a panic mode, oh my God this is the first time I ever seen max like this.
I could not sleep the whole night, they called Mrs heerden's FBI for a reason, what if she find out am my family is not as rich as them, my elder work as a radio jockey, my younger sister in university, my mom about to retire, she stays with my sister's to help out with her son, my head was spinning , this what my sister's was worried about . Oh at least my aunt is okay, he noticed that I was restless, he pulled me to his side hug me , kissed my head and  said I know you are scared , you don't have to worried, am sure she will like you, his words were not comforting me because I know he's worried also,   babe try to sleep.
I woke early in the morning,  rushed to the grocery store myself, pickup few things I needed to make food for her, setup the table,prep my food , rush to shower, I was putting on my makeup when she arrives,  you have changed few things in here, it looked different from the last time I was here son, when will visit your father and I, we miss you son, I missed you guys too, I will be home for Christmas I promise said max to his mom, I thought you may only show up by yourself to the hotel, I was surprised when you call told me you will send someone to bring me to the house,  why are you surprise mom, do you think I will hide her from you!  You did hid one from me and I later find out you guys parted ways say Mrs heerden,  it wasn't that serious between me and the lady you are talking about mom. With me and Lara it different mom so please be nice to her when you see her he said to his mom, am always nice son, you looked nervous   son, mom it very important you like Lara, I love Lara even though I have not told her that and she already broke up with me once  because she thought I was out of her league but mom Lara is the one of my league, she's smart, hardworking, brave ,young girl I ever met in my life.

I was in the kitchen  finishing the food, I saw them talking by the poolside, I wanted to go out and meet them, I told myself let them finished their conversation, they walked him,  I walked towards max , mom this Lara James , Lara meet my mom Mary heerden. She looked at me from head to my toes,  she was wearing this pink vintage Chanel dress , she has this white glove in hand's, she pair it with Gucci purse and shoes with her hair down, her eyes is the same as Max, he shook my hand, nice to meet you Lara, I tried to read her expression but I couldn't not, I went back to the kitchen to finish up the food, from where she was sitting , she was looking at me , max help me move the food to the dining area,  I tried to smile but deep down I was freaking out, max saw my hand was shaking , he said to me it fine babe I got you, she sat down , here we go I said to myself, so Lara I heard you are make up artist for the stars, and you also own your own makeup line, yes that my job and my makeup line is called lar a short form of my name I said, I see, do you have any degrees, yes ma I do , I graduated from tshwane  university of technology, I don't know that university she said, actually mom Lara is from south Africa, she moved here alone when she was twenty -one mom,
I see, how did you get into make up,  I fall in love with makeup cause of my mom, she likes this red lipstick she always uses, I looked at her through the mirror every morning when she leaves for work, so I took a part time job at a make up studio to learn more when I was a teenager, for the first time she smiles, I migrate them , I went to cosmetology school here and got my license to work as a makeup artist, how old are you now Lara she asked , I will be twenty -six next year ma, that impressive. She says, mom I told you she has her website where you can get her makeup, she has worked with many celebrities, worked with designer for new York , Paris fashion week, she is about to get her makeup on the online store , she did Aisha makeup that you liked, max told his mom with a sense of pride in his voice, for a young lady you have achieved alot for yourself, your parents will be proud, actually mom Lara Dad is late, she only has mom and sisters, am sorry about that dear , this food is nice, mom Lara made it herself, she is a  good cook,  I hardly call chef Andre, I know the last time I saw chef Andre when he came over to help me with some of your father's guest he told me you have a girlfriend who cook's for you, I was curious to me her after drew mentioned it again, thank you for this beautiful lunch dear, thank you for having me over dear. Max I will see you at the hotel tomorrow . Nice to meet Lara,  as we walked her to the car, hope I see you soon Lara, nice to meet you too ma, bye.  She left, I can breathe now.  Putting the plate inside the dishwasher, max walked towards me and said you know I love you right, are you telling me you love me I asked him, Lara James I love you , I give him kiss I love you too liefie , I loved it when you can me love in your language, wait how do you know ! I asked Tara and she told me with a little bribe I gave her, when have you been talking with that girl, me and Tara are super closed, she is my baby sister also, please don't tell me the bag she posted it from you , he smiled what do you think, I talked with your mom once, nobody tells me anything . I called my sis, you guys have been talking to max and no one told me, he told us not to tell you and we see why now,  he called to put my mind at ease, did you bribe you too , no it only Tara that got bribe and your nephew too, mom got something too, if mom got ,you did too sis ,  she laughed.  All this those not matter sis , are you happy, I met his mom today not sure if she likes me or not, my mother in-law don't like me but am still here with his son, not everyone will like you Lara, as long as you and him are happy, that what matters, I know sis I answered my sis, please Lara continue to work hard don't stop okay I heard my voice saying that to me, I promise mom. Mom he told me he loves me, he told us too when he talked to us.  I love him so mom but am scared, don't not be scared my love, what ever is meant to be , will be Love.  Don't lose your self , always remember  you want financial independence , so my daughter you are almost there okay, thank you Mommy, I loved you, love you too daughter. Bye mom . Walked back in, max was not at the living room area, went up the stairs to the our room, check his  office, he was not there, I was about to call him , I got a text from him, you were on the phone and I don't want to disturb you, went out to see drew be back soon.
  When am not working I keep myself update on new trends, still doing some online courses from my former cosmetology school, checking my website to see order and I tried to keep up with the factory ,so that my order can go out on time.
   I was about to start dinner, when he got home, he was drunk, drew help him home, why is drunk like this drew, when max is stress ,he drinks like fish and this is the results, how was your meeting with his mom, did she say anything, I told drew I couldn't ready her, she only smile once, did get drunk because it mom said something to him that I don't know about drew, no she didn't and I think that why he's like this, she always have things to say drew said. Help me take to the room drew.  After drew left, I put some water beside him. I slept off.
I love Lara alot, I'm willing to do anything not to let her go, my parents can't ruin this, not even my firty percent chance of getting her pregnant will not stop me. I just drink  that night not to overthinking things, I know am been selfish  but I don't care. I want Lara and that all that matters , I know Lara loves me too; Everything Lara do is amazing.
I woke up to make her breakfast, seen how peaceful she was sleeping, I don't want to wake her  up, I did everything quietly;I left her a note to telling her I left for work . 
I got to work , did some check up at the hotel , went to check on the wine's, did some round all and went to check on my mom in her room, good morning mother; good morning son, so mother what you think about Lara?  I just met her yesterday, she seems nice but I can't say more than for now son, why mother, you know me I can't just say anything , with out not do my homework. Mother do whatever but keep in mind I love Lara and am not letting her go no matter for you find . son from what I see yesterday Lara adore you and you two look good together. I will get back to you soon ,   mother you really think we look good together ? Yes I do son; thanks mom,  I hugged mother.
I  helped mother to the car, as I was saying goodbye to mother, promise me you will bring Lara home for Christmas, mother are  you sure she can come?she is welcome son;thanks mom.
This is the first time my mother will ever invite any of girlfriend personally for Christmas,  when I was engaged we never spent Christmas with my parents, this will be interesting. Mother thrown the best Christmas party , all her friends, dad's friends, mom siblings and my cousin always attend the party.  Can't wait to tell Lara .
   I told drew what happened , he said your mom invited Lara to her party, you kidding right, am not. Am surprised as you are ,I think your mom like Lara .

I told Lara about the Christmas party,  she looked worried but I did my best to put her to rest that everything will be fine.

it November, an it award season in Hollywood, and my goddess is pretty busy, when she is away from home, the house is so quiet and lonely without her, the thought of her coming back home to me always comfort me.
