it's our first new year together, I want to make it special for us, I got some reservation at a restaurant, the restaurant is pretty famously visited by celebrities,  paparazzi is always outside the restaurant,
We went to the restaurant , paparazzi was all over our face, it was overwhelmed. We enjoyed our dinner, went home , make passionate love; next day we traveled to Dubai, we stayed on the yacht, all we did was have sex  over and over on the yacht.maybe that all we did we went shopping together, he brought me so gold chain , bags, he got himself some chains to ,I guess me using jewelry rubbed off on him alittle  bit. We were in Dubai for three days .
Getting back home , our pictures was inside the paper's and entertainment new was talking about us,  Maxwell heerden is dating former celebrities makeup artist turn businesswoman Lara James, the winemaker was seen with south African beauty  at the restaurant during the new year, she is the owner of lar beauty, the thirty_seven year old winemaker has been seen his twenty-five old  for over a year now. A sources close to the couple confirm, the only station who got my details right was drew , drew gave them a scoop about me.

When some are saying oh she is within for the money, some are saying oh Maxwell is finally seeing someone.

Maxwell is busy also, he bought three restaurant recently, so he and his team are busy with the take off.

I went of the business lunch with my lawyer Patel , ruene said he wants to invest in my business, if he invest in my business, he wants forty percent equity, I asked him how did knows about my business, he said he has been following my makeup brands and with the help of his financial services advisor , he thinks this is the right time, we told him we will get back to him.
Patel advice me to see financial advisor also , he referred me to the one he knows,

I really needed money , I need to pay both stores to put my makeup line up in there stores, I need to pay the factory, paid malvin he is the one who helped in all the development of my kits,  paid the design team also , cause of the order that has to go out.

I need an investor or business partner , I think ruene knows this too, that why he swoop in like a shining knight to rescue the damsel in distress.

Maxwell has always offer to help me but I always refuse, what if we break up how we I give him back is money since there's no contract involved.
 
I got home; told Maxwell how my day went, he checked the contract , babe I can offer you more than this he said,
Am going to take ruene offer I said to him.
Okay let do this, I get my offer to your lawyer now, I will invest twenty million , I want thirty - five percent equity, let your lawyer read the contract and get back to me, he called his people,

Within few minutes , Patel called me and said he got a contract offer from Maxwell people, we should talk next morning with our advisor too. Okay see you tomorrow.

Babe I read your business plan and I did my research on it,   I took the idea to my people  , which they find out that if I invest in your business, in the next few years your business could worth billion's of dollars.

It a win -win situation for both of us my love. Everytime I bring up the idea without not hearing everything you short it down.

  I went to see the lawyers and I turned down ruene offer and went max offer, I paid the people I was supposed to be paid; I asked the website guys who helped with all my design to work for me full time, the development guys also agreed to work with me full time, I needed some people for socials, secretary, makeup artist, which will put on the website and on my social, security's.

It was a busy January/ February for me, Gary helped with the office design space. Interviewing people, even with the factory delayed we were able to put the stand up at the store,  we need to hire model for photoshoot.

Even with  everything going on , max surprise me for valentine; I totally forgot about it, I woke up that morning to a beautiful rose flowers at the living room area saying happy valentine beautiful.

Babe am so sorry I totally forgot to day is our first official valentine as a couple.
