I rubbed my eyes and stretched. It had been 3 days since i'd gone to school and 3 days since the Ritz crackcident. Don't ask me about the name it was jolies idea. I dried my damp eyes and saw a note on my side table. gone on work trip. be back in 2 days. Please go to school today soph. Love from mom and dad xoxo P.S Jolie moved into her dorm this morning. Yayy house to myself. That was sarcastic if you couldn't tell. I slowly peeled my covers off, deciding to go to school. I slipped on a casual yet cute outfit and styled my hair. Checking my phone, i realised i had 15 minutes and raced downstairs. I grabbed an apple of the table and ran out the door, quickly locking it. I jumped onto my gold motorbike, yes i can ride a motorbike, and sped off to school. I luckily remembered to put on hairspray so my hair shouldn't be all poofy. I sped into the school parking lot and hopped of my bike. Ignoring the stairs, i placed my helmet onto the seat. I shook my head abit to get rid of the fogginess from being in bed for 3 days. 

-----time skip to lunch---

"And that's how to calculate the-" the bell rang and i grabbed my books. Mr bubu sent us all a glare as my class scurried out the door. "thanks sir" i said. His eyes softened as he nodded. I walked out of the classroom and to the cafeteria. My heart was beating as i thought about how to act around my friends. I pushed the doors to the cafeteria open with a very loud, cringe worthy creak and everyone fell silent. I heard people whispering about me and shooting me glares. I looked down as they kept talking. "How could she do that" "is that her"   After a minute the chatter continued and i let out a sigh of relief. I saw all my friends staring at me with looks of disgust and keefe just looked me up and down and turned away. Stina waved me over and i flipped her the middle finger. Okay... so that didn't actually, technically happen and i might have just walked out the cafeteria. 

I wandered the halls before seeing the healing centre and i rushed inside. He was treating a boy that looked about the same age as me. "Okay jake, try not to run into a tree again" elwin laughed whilst handing him a slip. "Oh hi sophie!" elwin said when he noticed me. I gave a shy wave. "what is she doing here> Why did she even bother to come back?" the guy said. I had no idea what he was talking about. "what?" i whispered. He laughed coldly, "dont even try to deny it. Just go back and die in the little hole you came from" he sneered. I held back a laugh, knowing that 1. i could knock him out in 2 seconds right now and 2. i could get him sent to jail for that statement. "i dont understand what you're talking about?!" i whined. "Go talk to your little friends or should i say ex-friends" he sneered and pushed past me. I looked around for Elwin but he must have left sometime during the conversation. I felt tears swell in my eyes and i pushed the door of the healing centre open.

 I gasped as it hit someone. "oh my! I'm so sorry" i said helping them up. "save it" he muttered and shove me away. "keefe?" i whispered. "shut up sophie" he growled. He tried to storm away but i grabbed his hand. He turned around, not looking angry but just plain hurt. "what do you want?" he hissed. "please keefe! Tell me what I did wrong?" I begged, my tears threatening to spill over. "seriously? Jack was right" he muttered. "please just explain" i begged my hand tightening around his. He dropped onto one of the benches. "i shouldn't even have to explain this to you!" he shouted. I flinched and a single tear slid down my cheek. "i'm sorry, i shouldn't of shouted its just" he ran a hand through his hair. "i dont understand why you did it" he said. "did what?" i tried. he refused to meet my eyes. "said what you said to fitz" he said throwing his hands out. "what?" i asked my tears spilling over. "what has he told you" i whispered. "You really dont know?" he laughed, it wasn't a sweet laugh, but more of a cold heartless laugh. I shook my head swiping at my cheek. "i followed you okay? After you ran out of the cafeteria, i followed because even after what you did i thought you'd still be a decent person but when jack came out he said you just denied and denied and acted all innocent" He bursted out. "keefe, what- what did he- what did fitz tell you?" i choked out "he showed me your texts actually he showed the whole school your texts" he handed me his phone and i sobbed.
