- Just as I was about to scream in triumph, my foot caught the edge of the banister and I went flying. "woah!" a deep voice said as i flew into their arms. I squealed and jumped back "sorry... "-
"sorry..." i squeaked and scrambled back. "sophie... we need to talk" he said in his deep masculine voice. I nodded not able to find my voice. "we'll be back in a minute" i called to biana. I shuffled after him, my breath coming out unevenly.
"Sophie look at me!" he said when we reached the kitchen island. I wrapped my arms around my stomach, suddenly aware i was in a bikini. "Sophie!" he said, his voice raised. I looked up trying not to meet his eyes. "What did you-" He started but dex ran in dripping wet. His hair was all spikey. A laugh escaped my lips and he was looking at me like I was a maniac. "COME ON SOPHIEEEE THE WATERS... erm watery?" he said but it came out as a question. I looked at him i couldn't even say his name. I shrugged and followed Dex outside. "Maybe later sorry....
