What if...Count Dooku Trained Anakin?

Count Dooku, former Jedi, now a Sith Lord.  But what if he decided to stay in the Jedi Order and train the Chosen One, Anakin Skywalker?

The Phantom Menace

Our story begins when Obi-Wan is talking with Master Yoda.  The Jedi Grand Master agrees to promote Obi-Wan to Jedi Knight, but he doesn't agree with Obi-Wan training Anakin.  Instead he would assign a different master.  Soon, Dooku would come into the rooma and take up the offer.  Obi-Wan would be hurt or anything, although, he would watch over Anakin.  

Over the Years of Anakin's Training

Dooku was a lot like Qui-Gon, but much further from the Jedi teachings.  He would watch over the boy, to be sure that he is going to be fine.  Anakin's swordsman fighting skills would be much more steady and less blunt.  He would also spar with the other masters.  He would be much more humble, calm, arogant, and loyal.  His most favorite sparring partner would be Obi-Wan Kenobi, who they would share a perfect brother bond.  Obi-Wan's defenceive form, Soresu made him a worthy opponent for Anakin Skywalker.  Master Windu would be in second place, due to his more aggressive form.  Dooku would be in third place, being an equal to Anakin.  But everything for the young Jedi Padawan would change when Dooku would lose faith with Jedi Order.  He would ask Anakin to join him.  But Anakin would be forced to decline.  He would explain his dreams of becoming a Jedi as a kid, he would hate to leave this path.  Dooku would be dissappointed and leave.  Anakin would be heart broken.  He would then begin to finish his training under Obi-Wan, who would help the young Jedi cope with his former master's leave.

Attack of the Clones

Anakin is very powerful at this point.  He is basically a younger version of Dooku when it becomes to skill.  He would be considered his equal.  The first change in this episode is when Anakin meets Padme after all these years.  Anakin would be more of a gentleman this time.  He would still however, thanks to Count Dooku's teachings, have feelings for Padme.  He would try to defend Dooku at least a little once Padme assumes that he tried to kill her.  Next major change is when Anakin is on Naboo with Padme.  Anakin would be less possesive of Padme, but they would actually fall in love faster.  So think of this kind of love story as a swordsman and a princess basically or something like that.  When Anakin finds his mother, he would be in control of his anger after her death.  As for going ot Geonosis, Anakin and Padme would still get captured.  Count Dooku would be shocked to see his former apprentice.  He would stop everything and ask him to join him.  Anakin would decline.  Next change would be when Anakin faces Obi-Wan.  Anakin would actaully defeat Count Dooku, him being his master and being trained in the same lightsaber form.  Although, Anakin would be stunned by sudden Force ligthning.  Anakin would see Count Dooku leave the planet.  Anakin and Padme would still marry.

Clone Wars

Anakin would train Ahsoka in the ways of his former master.  their bond would be sos trong, they've considered themselves brother and sister.  Anakin would be able to save Satine from her death by Darth Mual.  He would even be able to defeat him, remembering what had happen a decade ago.  Satine would rule once again, and Obi-Wan would marry her.  Anakin would take advantage of this and tell Obi-Wan hoe he feels about Padme and how he married her.  Anakin would be able to prove Ahsoka's innoccence much quicker and she would stay with him in the Jedi Order.

Revenge of the Sith

Ahsoka wouldn't really need to go to Mandalore since Darth Mual is out of the picture.  She would accompany Anakin and Obi-Wan on their mission to save Palpatine.  Count Dooku would be persuaded to join the Jedi once again.  He would secretly tell Anakin that Palpatine os the Sith Lord that the Jedi have been looking for.  Count Dooku would be killed by General Grievious right in front of Anakin's eyes.  Anakin would crack and instantly fight the cyborg.  Obi-Wan would defend the chancellor, at the same time, begging Anakin to stop.  Anakin wouldn't listen as Palpatine smiled in secret, but he couldn't hear what Count Dooku told Anakin.  Anakin would eventually cut the cyborg in half.  He would then look at what he had done.  Obi-Wan would be there to comfort him.  Padme telling Anakin that she's pregnant with his child would make his pirits go up.  Obi-Wan would keep Anakin killing in anger a secret, in slight fear of what the Jedi Council might do to Anakin.  Next change is when Anakin would has nightmares.  He would tell Obi-Wan about them instead Master Yoda.  They would look into the archives to see if there was a way to help him with these nightamres.  Nothing.  They would even go into the restricted section.  Still nothing.  Anakin would begin to lose faith in saving his wife.  Obi-Wan would tell him that he has to be patient.  Obi-Wan would give his word Anakin that he would do anything to make him happy and save his wife.  Anakin would tell his brother that just before he died, Count Dooku had told Anakin that Palpatine was the Sith Lord hat they have been looking for.  They would go to the Jedi Council and tell them of the incident.  Palpatine's office is surrounded by all of the Council members, Anakin and Obi-Wan are there too.  Anakin would worry, but Ahsoka was able to convince him to take her with him as well.  Darth Sidious would try to execute Order 66, but his comm is crushed by Anakin.  He then gives all of his effort to escape, it was worth taking the masters that he killed in the original timeline, including Jedi Masters Ki-Adi-Mundi and the rest of the weaker council members.  Anakin would finally find a weak spot and stab Darth Sidious right through the heart.  The war ends, Anakin then reveals his marriage to Padme, as Obi-Wan reveals his marriage to Satine.  Mace Windu would suggest that they be removed from the Order permanantly.  Master Yoda however, would say that they should stay.  The Order needed to be adjusted.  Padme gives a healthy birth to Luke and Leia, with Anakin by her side.  Anakinwould eventually move up to grand master of the council.  Anakin would live a happy life.
