"Awww!"

The pair started their fun night, Jihyo made the hybrid hot tea with cookies and honey sticks he loves.

"Snoozer!!"

"Is that the hamster name? Oh that's cute!" She giggled sitting on the couch, she clapped watching the boy laying on his stomach on the floor hugging the bird plushie. He purred and meowed swinging his legs back and forth.

*meow*

She went to go do some things then came back to the playroom to check on Felix.

"Felix kitty? You ok?"

*meow*

"Yes Jihyo! Um...what do you wanna do now?" Felix meowed sitting on his knees, she pursed her lips thinking looking around the room.

"Oh! We can play a board game! How's that? If you win you can have another honey stick~"

*meow*

"Ok! Yay! Let's play!" Felix got excited purring loudly, the entire night was having fun with her. Even though he missed Chan, he'd rather have fun with someone than feel alone at home.

Chan on his side however was still working late, around 9 pm he finished.

"God damn I'm fucking tired..." he sighed rubbing his eyes, he reached for his phone to text Felix he would be home but now saw his text.

Hi Channie! I'm going to play and watch Hamtaro with Jihyo! I'll see you later!

Chan nodded with a small smile responding to his text.

"I feel bad I haven't given him as much attention but at least someone else has for now..."

The older went home to relax and shower, he ate and put away some laundry getting close to 10:30 pm.

"Well that's done-"

*meow*
"Channie I'm home!"

"Kitten?" Chan heard Felix's meow from the front door, he walked out their bedroom to greet him.

"Channie I'm home!"

"Hey baby, you had fun? Sorry I had to work late-"

"Oh yes Channie! Jihyo and I had lots of fun! She said I can come over again tomorrow too if you're late again!" Felix meowed hugging him, Chan smiled hugging him back.

"I'm glad kitten, and ya...tomorrow is another late night...probably rest of the week...sorry..." Chan said tiredly, Felix picked up on his tiredness too.

*meow*

"Oh...so...does that mean...no date night again...?" Felix meowed looking at him.

"I'm sorry kitten, I just have so much to do since Miyeon still needs my help adjusting while Dr Park is out. I promise this weekend things will be better and we will go" Chan tried to cheer him up kissing his nose, Felix nodded with a giggle hugging him again.

"Ok Channie! Thank you!"

"Mmhmm, now let's get ready for bed because your wolf is very tired kitten"

Chan was still stressed and busy into the next day and next...Felix thankfully kept himself busy with his own work and having fun with Jihyo at her place each night.

The 3rd night however Chan came home early much to his surprise, happy he wasn't as tired and could see the boy but...

"Kitten? Channie is home early~"
