Felix felt soft fabric on his hands, he slowly opened his eyes to see his pillow.

My bed...?

Felix woke up, now realizing he is in bed and at home...

*meow*

He sat up slowly looking around feeling less tired now, but confused.

"How come...I'm home...? I thought I was at work...?" Felix gently pulled the sheets back, seeing he now had on his boxers and sweater.

My clothes...

He looked over to see his phone next to the clock, but his ring gone.

Oh no! Did I drop it??

Before looking down he realized the time too.

"It's 6 pm?? How long was I asleep...?? How did I get home...? Oh wait my ring!!" Felix meowed to himself in panic, he got on the floor looking around under the bed.

"My ring...where is it?? I know I put it-"

"Looking for something?"

*meow*

Felix then heard Chan's voice, his cat ears twitched as he lifted his head. Now seeing the older at the doorway with his arms crossed.

"Channie...?"

The older clenched his jaw walking closer to his side of the bed, he reached into his pocket to take out something and show Felix.

*meow*

"Looking for this?" Said in a cold tone holding it in his palm, Felix nervously stood up seeing it.

"My ring..."

"Yes Felix, your ring that I found on there instead of on your finger where it should be" Chan said loudly pointing to Felix's end table, the boy looked over his shoulder then back at him. He could tell Chan is pissed as hell.

*meow*

"Um...Channie, I can explain-"

"Explain what?? Explain how you defied what I told you to do and removed your ring so I wouldn't track you!?" Chan yelled, Felix's cat ears went down as he nervously fidgeted with the hem of his sweater.

"...C-Channie it was just a few hours! I-I only-"

"Do you know what my mind went through?" Chan said quietly with more anger, Felix looked at him shaking his head staying quiet.

"I came home, to surprise my Hybrid with lunch and to check on his health...but no I come home to you gone and your ring off!!"

*meow*

"I thought one of the hybrid smugglers criminals from that past smuggle gang found you and took you!! Took you and removed your tracker ring for revenge for me finding out their crime!!" Chan yelled again, Felix felt bad giving a sad meow.

"...Channie-"

"I thought...you were taken from me again..." Chan said tearing up with more anger, Felix didn't know...his small action...would cause the older this stress...

"I thought someone took you from me to hurt you or god knows what else! And I would never see you again!" Chan gave him a look, the boy felt worse as he looked down.

*meow*

"But no...you took off your ring so I wouldn't find out you were at home instead of at home...you know how I found out?? Through god damn Instagram stories from the cafe when Wonyoung texted me she had dessert there and saw you!" Chan went off, the timidly brought his gaze to him.
