Filming Day 1: 97
To say I woke up with the biggest headache, is an understatement. It has been a week since the table read and today is the official first day of shooting. I was so nervous that I didn't sleep last night, or this last week.
The coffee that I had didn't help and I found myself needing to drink it twice a day to keep me awake while running my lines. Thankfully, Daisy came over and helped me run them and she didn't let me take a break or sleep until I got lines down.
She knows how to keep me in check.
And now, I'm not rushing to get to set because I have been up for four hours straight and at this point I don't think I will sleep until production and filming is done and over with.
I made sure that I didn't do my makeup or hair because I knew I would be sitting in the dressing room early this morning to get it done. Worst part about filming is, you have to be on set early, like four in the morning but shooting doesn't start until ten.
I put on some leggings and a t- shirt and head out the door. Daisy promised me a ride because I have been productive and deserve it. When I meet her at her car, she greets me with a hug and on the way there she tells me how excited she is to be doing my makeup and hair everyday.
Daisy is a whole ball of sunshine and her energy this early in the morning is really making me rethink this friendship. Not literally.
I'm not a morning person. I do everything at night so that I can sleep in till the afternoon. But Daisy is the opposite and wakes up around this time everyday and still puts a smile on her face.
When we pull up on set. She tells me I have to be in the meeting room for a brief moment before we start getting ready. We separate and I go and find the conference room that I'm familiar with.
A couple faces are already in the room. I smile at the familiar faces that I have seen around here before. I take my seat at my chair and the rest of us sit in silence as we wait for Tanner to arrive.
The door opens and both Tanner and Easton make their way in the room and man, my stomach is absolutely turning.
Easton walks over to his seat next to me and sits down, he wears a white t-shirt and blue jeans. His hair looks messy and makes me want to run my hands through it.
My fingers itch in my lap but I hold them down because the last thing I want to be known as is the girl who got fired because she touched her costars hair.
I glance at Easton who leans back in his chair and closes his eyes, obviously tired from not sleeping or just being up this early.
My mind goes back to the gym and when I caught him going through my things. I didn't know what to think about it, so I chose to assume that my locker was open and I forgot to close it. Maybe my sweater had fallen out.
