Filming Day 97:97
Today was our last day of filming, the wrap up of the best production of my life. I've been in many films, but nothing tops this. And it's not because of the movie.
People are already exchanging their emotions on the last day of filming before the editing process begins.
And there was only one person I couldn't take my eyes off of. To be fair, nobody could, because everyone was congratulating her and wishing her good luck for the future.
I sit back in the corner and let her have her moment before we have to film the last scene.
"Okay people! I know we are having mixed emotions but before we begin, I want to thank everybody for making this movie possible. Every single person on this set has a purpose." Everyone claps and focuses their attention on Tanner.
Blake comes up beside me. I had always brought him to the first, and last day of filming. He gets excited because he sits in an office all day every day.
"I'll make a whole speech at the end when we finish but we need to wrap it up ladies and gents. Gracie and Easton, please get into place."
I clap Blake on the back as I walk away leaving him where he is. Making my way on set and straight to Gracie.
"I'm nervous." She whispers as the crew runs around us to get the final makeup touches done. I grab her hand in mine. "It will be okay, you are a natural darlin'."
She returns it with a hand squeeze before she lets go on Tanner's cue.
"Annnnnnddd action!"
*Miles*
She runs towards me and crashes into my arms. "Miles, I was so scared I lost you." She sobs.
"Never." I kiss her hair.
"I had to come back for you, I had to take the risk because I love you and I don't want to be anywhere you aren't. If I have to stay here I will." She says through choked sobs.
"I love you Thea, wherever or whenever we are, it won't matter to me, all I want is to be with you for the rest of my life."
She kisses me for what feels like hours.
"I guess it's time to see what happens next?" She takes my hand and places it on a journal, the one she told me was her grandmas.
"Are you ready for this?"
"Yes." She doesn't hesitate, she holds my hands while we go through the motion together. I don't remember blacking out, but when I wake up, I feel the most different than I have in my life.
"Thea?" I call her name, yet she doesn't answer. I'm not in my room, but a room full of pink furniture, vintage décor.
"Miles?!" I hear a scream from far away, before I know it, Thea comes through the door and crashes into me like I remember her doing a couple minutes ago.
