"I'd like to think it's how you lean on my shoulder, and how I see myself with you."

Smoothing down her white gown, Aanya rushed past students as she bumped into Alejandro. "Lost?" His tone carried amusement as she nodded. "Yeah, I have a lesson in the forest." She told him as he nodded. "I do too, come on I'll show you the way,"

The two walked in a comfortable silence as Alejandro started the conversation. "I didn't go easy on you by the way," He said as Aanya looked at him confused. "The other day, when we dueled against each other, I gave it my all and you bet me at my own game. . . congrats," They shared a laugh as they saw a group of students in the distance.

Aanya spotted Tedros talking with Agatha as she also noticed a letter in Agatha's hands, Sophie's letter. "So, you and Agatha?" She teased Alejandro as he looked at her. "So, you and Tedros huh?"

"It's something," She offered as he bumped his shoulder with hers. "It's nothing Godling," She knew news had traveled fast as she looked at Alejandro properly. The wind ruffled his tousled brown hair as his brown eyes locked with hers, he looked familiar almost as if they had met before.

A voice broke their trance as everyone started to gather around the owner of the voice, a gnome. The gnome had bright orange hair and an annoyed expression on their face as he stared down at the students watching him.

Alejandro walked away from her as Tedros approached her, they shared a smile as her heart began to speed up and butterflies fluttered in her stomach.

"Alright, today we'll be heading into the forest for a little treat," The gnome knocked against the wooden door as nothing happened. He knocked hard twice before growling in frustration. "Open up, darn thing," The doors swung open as the gnome teacher grinned at the students.

"Well, that's something you don't see everyday," Tedros said as Aanya felt a pair of eyes on them, Beatrix. "Y- - I– You look beautiful, Aanya," A small tint of pink appeared on her cheeks that caused Tedros to smile.

"Thank you," She whispered as everyone started making their way into the forest. She could see Agatha walking ahead with a familiar redhead as Aanya wondered who that was. "That's Gregor, Gregor Charming," Tedros said as they walked through the doors.

Wild and untamed flowers spread across the forest floor like a virus inhabiting a body, a breeze carried the tunes of birds and the smell of saltwater. The forest had been untouched as if written straight out of a fairytale.

Her breath caught in her throat as Tedros chuckled at her expression. "I'll bring you here every day," He said as she stumbled upon a branch, her foot caught in another branch as Tedros caught her before she fell. They locked eyes as everything stopped for a moment.

She could feel his breath brush her cheek as his eyes traveled to her mouth, she could feel the heat between them as Tedros pulled her up to her feet. "Careful, or you might end up falling for me darling," She pushed him away as a goofy smile graced his face.
