Our fourth confession is getting a little bit more personal as it tells us, "I think I might have an obsessive crush on Aveline."
Who wouldn't? She's just, stunningly beautiful...and that voice! Her voice actress is like Gal Gadot but even better! Now I will say, as someone whose type is women of color (no I'm not woke) and/or women with non-american accents, Aveline is just, absolute perfection!
The one thing I never understood about her design though, and this doesn't diminish her in any way It's just a curiosity, why does the box art for liberation imply that she has the same iconic lip-scar that Altaïr, Desmond, and Ezio do, but in the game it's both incomplete and far less pronounced?
I know a lot of people would immediately come and say, "Well the box art and in-game looks for the characters are always off!" Okay, fair enough, except that's not entirely true. I mean, the box arts for Ezio and Connor in each of the Ezio games and three are pretty spot-on. So is Adewalé's for Freedom Cry, and I'm sure there are other examples.
I'm not even saying they have to be spot-on 100% of the time, I'm saying why would you let the box art imply such a noticeable detail like that but only go half-way with it in-game?
Man, I keep going off on random tangents with these. Well, I hope I still got my point across with this, Aveline is absolutely beautiful and I don't think there's any denying of that.
