you stumble out of bokuto's bathroom and frown as you see everyone laying on the floor, kageyama with his hand on hinata's face and him not even caring.
you chuckle at the sight and yawn, then making your way over to the kitchen to get a glass and fill it with water.
christmas was amazing.
you loved every single moment of it. it was very different than the year before, but somehow also still the same. you were with your friends and your loved one; it truly is a blessing to spend this time with them.
unlike last year, bokuto invited the others to stay over, since there was so much bashing on him last year. for new years they could stay, but this time he also invited them to stay for christmas (how nice of him).
you and him slept in his bed, obviously, but the others stayed in the living room.
and yes, even tsukishima stayed over.
you look up as you see bokuto walk into the living room as well. as he spots you, a smile forms around his lips.
you chuckle slightly at the sight of him. he has bed hair, is wearing his matching pajamas with you, and he's trying not to step on any of his friends. truly a fun sight in the morning.
"you're a creep, you know? watching them like that." bokuto asks in a whisper, wrapping his arms around you from the side and pulling you into a hug.
"mhm," you mumble, chuckling softly.
"why did you leave? i wanted to cuddle," he whines, nuzzling his head in your neck. his warm breath tickles you, and you let out a giggle.
"i was thirsty, and the water in your bathroom still tastes weird."
he pouts, "i need to get that checked."
you nod and wrap your arms around bokuto's body, still looking at all your friends peacefully sleeping.
it is a fun sight to see, six males sleeping on the floor, and one couple laying down away from those six so they have at least a little privacy (more like some cuddle space).
"shall we go back or do you want to continue being a creep and watch your friends sleep?"
you roll your eyes and shake your head, then letting go of bokuto. you fill your glass with water again.
"let's cuddle."
he smiles and nods. the two of you parkour your way back to bokuto's bedroom.
as you pass kenma, you see taco peacefully laying next to him. taco is curled up next to kenma who's laying on his side.
you let out an "aw", and quickly snap a picture of the two before you vanish into bokuto's room.
he's already laying in bed, his arms open for you.
you chuckle and place your water down on the nightstand, then climbing in bed and wrapping your arms around the male his body.
"mhm, cuddles," he mumbles, pulling you close.
you nuzzle your face against his body and wrap your leg around his as you lay on your side.
"what are we gonna cook for breakfast?" you ask him softly, feeling your body getting heavy now that you're back in bed with bokuto.
"we can bake pancakes... or toast with eggs. no idea, honestly. we can bake whatever people fancy eating."
you nod a little, yawning.
"what time was it again?"
"seven am," bokuto answers, remembering that he saw the time on his phone not too long ago. to him, it's way too early.
"mhm, time for some more sleep then," you say with another yawn.
bokuto smiles to himself, closing his eyes and nodding. he starts playing with your hair, "that sounds like a good idea. sleep well, love."
"sleep well, bokubae," you mumble, falling asleep not long after.
oh, how you love some cuddles in the morning.
