Missing Agent

Chapter 11

Still feeling horrible about not posting in a while... :(

" ILYZIA!", Eight yelled. The poor octoling was so startled, she squeaked.

" Sorry! I just, AH! Ilyzia, do you think you would like to be a part of the Squidbeak Splatoon as an honorary member and come with me?", Eight exclaimed. The octoling looked back with wide eyes.

" Me? Part of your, wow, I mean...but wouldn't being blind be a problem?", Ilyzia asked, gesturing to her cloudy eyes.

" No! We will recruit anyone who's hoping to help give the world a better future. And Three thinks you would be an awesome new addition to the team!", Eight reassured, smiling. 

" Well then, looks like I'm going to pack my bags. Oh, but, where would I stay? And you know I can't really pack bags, and what about Lily?", Ilyzia pondered. 

" We're hoping to get Lily recruited as well. And, I'm sure I'll figure out where we'll stay. AH, I'M JUST SO EXCITED NOW!", Eight squealed with pure joy.

Somewhere elsewhere...

" You saw, didn't you.", Captain Three said, scowling at Four. 

" Well duh, who else put the letter in the basket and set you guys on a date? You know, Lily was in on it as well.", Four said calmly. Three's face turned bright orange.

" The human was in on it?!", she whispered loudly. 

" Who else was supposed to help me out?", Four replied. Three struggled with her words.

" ARGH, I can't believe it actually worked! I hate you so much!", Three exclaimed.

"You're welcome."

" I am going to kill you"

Agent 3 popped in.

" Hey Four, can I...did I catch you at a bad time?", she asked. 

" Eh, kinda. Depends on how to look at it.", Four replied, shrugging. Captain Three sighed.

" I'm too tired for this anyway. Go ahead and talk about...whatever you guys talk about these days.", she said, walking away. 

" Wassup Three?", Four asked as soon as Captain was far enough away. 

" Oh, right. Dude, something has got to be up with this Agent 24 stuffs. And I have a feeling you've got something to do with it.", Three exclaimed. Four laughed.

" Oh Three. Innocent Three. There's a bit you need to catch up on."

Timeskip 'cuz I can~

Lily was ecstatic when Eight offered a position at the New-New-Squidbeak Splatoon and gladly accepted. Everyone was just about ready to get going. (Oh, and don't worry about Ilyzia. Eight and some others helped retrieve important things from her apartment. Eight also promised to get her some new things when they got to Splatsville.) Four and Three stuck around in the back of the group, while the others were trying to get some of Lily's stuff up the stairs. 

" So, what's the game plan here?", Three whispered. Four smirked.

" Well, Ilyzia, Lily, and Eight all gotta stay somewhere if they're living in Splatsville. So, I bet you, Cap's gonna offer to lend her apartment to them until they can get their own living spaces!", Four exclaimed.

" Huh, that might actually happen. And it might actually work out pretty well...", Three said, smiling. 

" Don't' worry, we're gonna take great care of these guys. We'll be their ship guardians!", Four said, puffing her chest, making her look more authoritative.
