As soon as Joe got back with a pair of clothes for Ella they changed the newborn, signing her release forms before leaving. Joe had picked up a car seat and Ella was now strapped in the back of the car her mother sat the other side of the car behind Joe who had just pulled up. The car was quiet besides the sound of the radio quietly playing in the background, Ella was sleeping so Joe only had it quietly on in the background.
"Where are we heading?" Joe questioned.
"My parents to pick Adam up, we should probably go over to your parent's house with Ella too." Demi stated Joe nodding his head which Demi saw through the middle mirror. Her eyes moved to the little girl who was sleeping in the car seat next to her, it brought a smile on her face knowing that she will be able to raise her daughter like she should have done when she was just sixteen. Ella should actually be six at the moment and older than Adam and if the baby growing inside her more and more everyday is the same baby that she had before a miscarriage, him or her too should be older than Adam. To make everything easier though they are going to set the date of their birthday on the actual day they were born, Ella would have been yesterday, Kaylee's seventh birthday was coming up soon but they knew when and if she came back that she would be the age she was when she died. Joe and Demi were now the same age in reality.
It didn't take too much longer for Joe to pull up outside Demi's parents house. They both got out the car but Joe was the one who went to the back leaning down taking Ella up in his arms carefully not wanting to wake her up. He followed Demi up the path and into the house, Demi didn't call out knowing that Ella was sleeping in her father's arms but she did just wonder into the living room where Demi knew at least one of her parents would be it being her mother. She was sat on the couch as Adam played on the floor, toys scattered around him clearly getting bored of all the toys he had already played with.
"Hi mom," Demi grinned as Dianna's eyes wondered from the telly up towards them but then to the bundles of blankets in Joe's arms. She carefully got up of the couch wondering over to him peering seeing a sleeping baby, she didn't know whether to be happy or not but she will admit that she was a little bit shocked. When Demi dropped Adam off this morning she didn't say anything about where she was going, Demi didn't want to tell her anything in case the little girl wouldn't be coming home with them but they had both just already fallen in love with her and couldn't imagine not bringing her home whether she was their daughter or not."Remember Ella? She came back."
"Really?" Dianna questioned coming close to tears her eyes not moving from her Granddaughter, she would never have guessed that Joe would have come back into their lives but the little girl who was came out dead seven years ago to come back was just amazing.
"Yep, you want to hold her?" Joe questioned only when Dianna nodded laying the girl in her arms.
"She's so small, just like the day she was born." Dianna whispered slightly swaying gently from side to side as the baby whimpered, she settled back down drifting off to sleep.
"The doctor said she's still a newborn but she came back yesterday so that's when her birthday will be, November sixth." Joe explained.
"I'll go mark it on the calendar now!" Dianna exclaimed but not too loudly, they couldn't help but laugh as Joe was given the baby back and she rushed off into the kitchen. Demi wondered over to Adam lifting him up.
"You want to meet your little sister baby?" Demi breathed wondering over to Joe.
"What her name?" Adam questioned.
"Ella." Joe answered back.
"She's pretty." He mumbled peering into the blankets Demi making sure that she had a tight grip. Both parents had a wide smile on their face as they watched over their children.
