When Raewon came out of the bathroom finishing her morning routine, she saw that Jaemin was still in bed in a deep slumber. She debated with herself if she should wake him up but she didn't want the boy to get in trouble if he accidentally overslept.
"Jaeminah." She sat on the edge of his bed and gently shook his shoulder. Jaemin flinched and rolled over towards her, revealing himself to the waist.
"Jaeminah. Wake up."
Jaemin opened his eyes and looked at her lazily.
"What?"
"Are you going to class?"
Instead of words, he nodded negatively and Raewon covered him with the duvet again.
"Keep sleeping. See you later."
Jaemin growled in response and Raewon left the room.

Did you hear?" Raewon was surrounded by her friends at the cafeteria while eating her sandwich.
"What was I supposed to hear?" Raewon answered Yoohyeon raising an eyebrow.
"The senior class is having a meeting at the roller skating rink. Shall we go?"
Yoohyeon asked with excitement in her voice, looking from Yangyang to Raewon.
"Sounds cool." Yangyang sighed leaning against the back of the chair.
"I can't ride." Raewon replied without taking her eyes off the sandwich.
"You'll learn. It's even easy. We can help you."
"Why do you insist to meet up there when the ones we don't know will be there?"
"Because there will be a lot of people and you can meet someone new. You will also need it Rae. You sit alone all the time reading books or writing in your diary."
"And where's the problem? I like what I do."
"No problem, but you could at least do something different once in a while. You can take Jaemin with you for company. Why don't you go for a ride together?"
Yoohyeon asked wiggling her brows significantly. Raewon looked at her in horror and quickly shoved the rest of the sandwich into her mouth, not wanting to say anything. She prayed for her cheeks to not turn red.
"Did you two make progress in friendship?" Yoohyeon didn't let go and she didn't know what to answer.
"Sometimes I have to talk to him because we're roommates."
"Pff you're boring."
"Everyone is different." Yangyang calmly said zoning out a little.
"Soooo meeting after class?"
"Fine." Yangyang and Raewon replied simultaneously and got up from their chairs leaving Yoohyeon behind.
"Hey! Wait for me!"

Raewon entered the room to find Jaemin fully clothed and sitting on the made-up bed. Feeling her presence, he looked up from the book he was reading.
"How are you?" She stood in front of him fidgeting with her fingers.
"Fine I guess."
"I have a question."
"Listening."
"Will you come with me to the roller skating rink?"
He furrowed his brows with a scowl. "What for?"
"I don't want to feel lonely there."
"You have your friends, don't you?" He said nonchalantly turning the page of the book.
"Yes! But it's not the same. Besides, I don't want to leave you here alone." Raewon thought about the situation with Sangwook and the bruises on Jaemin's back.
He looked at her with a thoughtful expression. He tried to read something from her face but sighed failing.
"Fine."
Raewon's face lit up and she grabbed her bag to pack her necessities. Then she took her clothes to change and went straight to the bathroom. She tilted her head before closing the door.
"Get ready my dear."
