Chapter 17- The end

  Avery's POV

I finally went back to my campsite and took my staff with me to go exploring. As I was about to step outside I was suddenly teleported to a library. Wow! there is a lot of books I thought as I walked in. I was confused as why I was here in the first place. I just went to the magic section and found Jimmy looking through a book. "JIMMY It is me Avery!" I screamed but he can't hear me. I tried to get his attention but my attempts were futile. "Xornorth!" I screamed suddenly by the sight of a shadowy figure of Xornorth. He was trying to pull the book. "STOP!" Jimmy screamed. Soon, a tug of war ensued between Jimmy and Xornorth for a book.

After the tug of war for the book, Xornorth took the pages. It could be something important I thought. I sprinted and grabbed the pages and ran. I was suddenly teleported outside of my campsite. I saw a scroll outside of my campsite. That was never there,what is this? I thought as I opened the scroll.

I soon saw a shadowy figure, Xornorth. In rage, I took my staff and blasted a magic blast at Xornorth. He dodged the blast. "That's pathetic, You think that's magic?" Xornorth said blasting a way stronger fire blast. I used the staff's magic to form a magic shield to protect me from Xornorth's fire blast. Xornorth snatches my staff. He used his magic and a sword suddenly appear. He started slashing me with his sword,I dodged his hits. I tried to snatch the staff from Xornorth. I snatched the staff and did a spell. "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Xornorth moaned in agony.

I soon woke up, and saw a palace it was very huge. "Avery!" a familiar voice said. I looked up and saw Joel and Lizzie ,they hugged me, "I'm sorry I abandoned you" Joel said. "No it is fine, I understand why" I said. "Want to to come into my palace?" Joel said pointing to his huge palace. "WOW! It is really big!" I exclaimed. He soon toured the palace.

After touring the palace. I asked,"Can I live here?". "Of course,Avery" Joel replied with a smile on his face. He soon showed me to my room, "Do you like it?" Joel asked. "No" I replied. "oh" Joel replied a little sad. "No, I love it!" I exclaimed. Joel grinned "You can put your things here" Joel said pointing at a corner. "I need to do something" Joel said then he left. "Well happy endings do exsist" I thought unpacking my stuff
