Karl and sapnap were sitting on their couch watching a movie cuddled up together warm, fluffy blankets thrown hastily over them with a bucket of popcorn in their hands.

It was 10:03pm and the movie they were watching ended rolling to the credits.

Karl felt the familiar twinge in his stomach a  he needed to go to the bathroom.

"Wait here one second" Karl said standing up. There was a large red patch that was dripping onto the floor from were Karl was sitting moments before Karl looked down seeing it and being instantly embarrassed his face flushing a deep maroon
"oh" Karl said a tear running down his face has he clapped his hands to his face.

Sapnap looked over and saw he got up hugged Karl stroking his back gently "I'm so s-sorry " Karl said "it's ok it's ok nothing to be sorry about love it happens" sapnap said Karl's head in his shoulder slightly swaying side to side. "I'll clean it I swear" Karl said nervously "No its ok I'll do it, now you go to the bathroom and cleaned up ok there's spare sweats in the laundry basket" sapnap said gently.

Karl left to go to the bathroom and sapnap went to get cleaning stuff (idk what it's called lmao).

Sapnap scrubbed the spot before it slowly  came off he replaced the supplies and went into the bathroom

"Why did this have to fucking happen now" Karl said to himself and infront of sapnap as well.  He reached into the cabinet to get a tampon.

"Fuck" he said they were out of tampons.
"Em-m sapnap" Karl shouted

"You want me to get you tampons babe"

"Y-yes please" Karl replied.

Sapnap hopped in his car there was a small convenience store about five minutes away. Sapnap didn't get embarrassed about going to get stuff for Karl as it sometimes Karl dysphoria buying stuff for himself so sapnap had to get used to it.

He payed for the stuff with the same cashier he had everytime he came here. Sapnap loved this cashier (not in a weird way). She had helped him find everything he needs and she knew allot about sapnap and Karl.

Sapnap put all the stuff in the bag and drove back home.

The door opened and sapnap came into the bathroom with a box of tampons.

"Here" sapnap said smiling at Karl.

"What did I do to deserve you" Karl said inserting a tampon.

"You all right Karl" sapnap said
"Yeah it's just same as usual"Karl said standing up.

Karl hadn't started testosterone yet he was scared of needles and needed time to get over it before he starts.

Karl hated his periods like most people but for different reasons they made him feel so feminine and hates that it makes him feel like he's back being a teenager in his room wondering why he was different then everyone else.

Karl and sapnap walked back into their sitting room and cuddled up together on the newly cleaned couch. "I'm sorry sapnap I should of known" Karl said looking up at him "it's ok baby it's normal to forget ok don't beat yourself up" sapnap said. "I still should have been prepared" Karl said. "It doesn't matter ok Karl, I love you" sapnap said kissing Karl on the head"

15 later Karl bent over his hand on his stomach "oww" Karl groaned. Sapnap got up without speaking went to go fill up a hot water bottle. He came back and gently put it on Karl's stomach one hand on his back "thank you" Karl said putting his head on sapnaps shoulder

"Oww" Karl groaned again.
"Karl are you sure your ok" sapnap said

"Ye it's just cramps" Karl replied shrugging

Sapnap rubbed Karls back up and down.

"It's not fair on you Karl" sapnap said hugging him "I know how it makes you feel" sapnap said rubbing his back. "Thanks sap"

"I love you"

Soo I changed the story a bit I don't think it was well written the first time it's still not great but it's a working progress
