Tw: slight mention of passed bullying but other then that it's mostly fluff:) I know right me making a happy chapter that's like George streaming twice in one week like it's fucking impossible.

Context dream loves painting his nails but is embarrassed when it comes to his boyfriend knowing because it makes him feel less masculine but George assures him it's ok.

Dream was upstairs in his and George's room sat his desk. He was clearing out some stuff in the drawers when he came across and bottle of emerald green nail polish.

Dream loved what it made him look like and without thinking he shuck the bottle and was about to unscrew the lid remembering that he loved doing it and hadn't in ages. But stopped when he remembered his past events at school

--flashback--
"Eww clay why are you painting your nails only girls do that hehe" "that's so gay" "girl!" "You probably like men" "do you have a crush on me" all these voices say as he stood in the middle of the circle surrounded by onlookers not one of them helping him or sticking up for him.

Dream set the nail polish on the table again. He really wanted to do it but didn't want to be laughed at or humiliated. "I can always take it off again" he said unscrewing the lid and painting his first nail.

"Hey dream what you doing" George says bounding into the room. "Nothing!" Dream says covering his nail polish and hiding his nails. "Are you sure" George asked "what did you hide"

"Nothing gogy" dream said an unconvincing smile on his face. "Clay really I know when you're lying "fine but please don't laugh"  dream says taking out the nail varnish that he hid under the table. "Dream darling when would I laugh at that" George asked "people at my old school picked on me for it they called me lots of horrible things and made me believe them it was horrible" he said looking down "oh baby of course I don't think those things" George said holding his hand. "Really" dream said "of course really" George said "thank you so much" dream said and George smiled "I love you so fucking much"

"Can I do yours" dream asked  "sure why not" George said holding out his hand as dream picked a blue colour from the box and started painting occasionally giving George a kiss on the head.

Remember people will always judge you but it only matters if you listen to them at all just remember society want everyone to be the same but if we are all the same then the world is just boring, so if you like doing something that other people may not agree with, fuck them you do not need ppl in you're life that will critics of something as small as painting your nails or wearing a skirt or a suit it's your life your choice not anyone else's.
