Context- quackity has appendicitis and Karl and sapnap look after him but then realise something else is a bit off

Recently quackity had been sick like really really sick for quite a few days now, he felt like absolute dog crap ever second of everyday constant pain and discomfort.

Unfortunately the pain had come with waves  of pure nausea and constant vomiting, he threw up so much Karl and sapnap were having to take it in turns to take him to the bathroom every hour day and night. Him and Karl being up all night the other night as he was constantly throwing up over and over again Karl there just to comfort him and make sure he was ok. Wiping his face with a cold rag and rubbing his back, holding his shoulder length hair away from his face getting tired of holding it so just tying it up in a messy bun which he still had in now not bothering to take his hair out or even shower.

It was the next morning and the trio were all on the couch for a change of scenery after being in bed all fucking day.

Karl layed a sheet and duvet cover on the couch decorating it with pillows making it look really cozy.

Quackity was currently lying on Karl's chest softly just whimpering Karl rubbing his back soothingly, Karl's legs on sapnaps lap who was softly rubbing Q's calf's

"I'm going to be sick again" quackity cries out getting off of Karl's chest and sprinting to the bathroom his hand slapping over his mouth as he felt bile come up his throat.

"Your turn" Karl says to sapnap "yepp" sapnap said sprinting after quackity.

Meeting quackity in there he saw he threw up blood after not eating for 2 days being scared it will make his stomach hurt more.

"Oh darling" sapnap says sitting beside him rubbing his sides as quackity clutched the sides of the toilet "is that blood baby?" Sapnap asked slightly concerned. "Y-yeah" quackity replied taking his head out and facing sapnap

"Oh I'm sorry id say that was painful huh?" Sapnap asks. "Yes very" he cried.

"My tummy hurts" he whimpered plonking his head down on sapnaps shoulder.

"Aw I'm sorry are you finished we could go back to Karl if you want and maybe he can help" sapnap suggested.

"Yes please" quackity replies looking back up at him"alright babe" sapnap says picking up quackity by the thighs bringing him back to the sitting room.

They walked into the sitting room to see Karl half asleep on the couch he was so tired from being up all night. He jolted awake hearing them come in. "Sorry-" he mumbled. "It's ok love" sapnap spoke setting quackity beside Karl on the couch. Quackity's eyes were red and had massive black eyebags under them and specks of vomit on his face.

"Oh sweetheart I'm sorry you feel so icky" Karl said wiping around his mouth with his thumb cleaning his face.
"He threw up blood" sapnap said "oh baby" Karl said throwing his hands around him knowing that it was probably painful for him especially since he hadn't eaten in a while.

"I think maybe tomorrow morning if he's still this bad well take him to the doctors office" sapnap said and Karl nodded agreeing pulling quackity onto his lap. "Is that ok with you babe" he asked and quackity just whimpered putting his head in his chest.
