Context- at a fan conversion thing and all of it becomes to much for dreams anxiety again I saw something like this somewhere and wanted to make my own version.
Dream 23 he/him Sapnap 22 he/him Karl 24 he/him
Also there is a picture included in this and it's kinda bright it's not scary it's just his hair but just Incase you're trying to sleep or something it might be too bright idk just thought I'd say :) ————
Dream looked down at his shacking hands zoned out of everything going on around him and could only vividly hear the crowds loud voices talking around him at his meat and greet until he felt a firm hand on his shoulder and he turned to see his best friend smiling at him through his teary eyes.
"Do you wanna go out here for a second" sapnap asked and dream nodded being taken away into sapnaps hotel room.
Dream walked in and just stared at the wall infront of him, he didn't want to face sapnap he didn't want sapnap to think he was weak and couldn't handle a few loud voices from a crowd. "Dream?" Sapnap said walking into the room "dream please look at me" sapnap asked getting closer. Dream stood stubbornly facing the wall unable to face sapnap, he felt if he turned looked in sapnaps face he may collapse and never get up again.
"Dream please talk to me" sapnap said now pleading with him. He stepped closer slowly starting to hear quiet sniffles. Sapnap forcibly turned dream to face him seeing his red eyes and face and tears dripping down his face "oh dream" sapnap said pulling him into his arms. Dream immediately broke away taking a step back. "It's ok it's ok" sapnap hushed as dream continued to take steps away.
The back of dream legs hit the back of sapnaps bed his legs almost giving way as he felt the fabric of sapnaps and Karl's bed.
Breathing very heavily, dream put his quivering hand to his chest then to his mouth and he fell to the floor his knees at his chest gasping for breath as though he was underwater. He struggled to get any air in him at all his mind completely focused on the crowed and the sound the people the music the everything was making it still looping in his head some bits trying to focus on his breathing and calming down somewhere trying to tell him how stupid he looked some part still playing the loud sounds over and over and over again
He wasn't able to see clearly anymore he wasn't able to take in anything going on around him. He didn't know were he was anymore it had been something he'd never felt in his life.
Sapnap stood back for a second looking at dream letting him cry and calm down a bit before he tried to help.
Dream was never much of a crier of course he'd cry on occasion like when he found out his grandmother had died. Sapnap was there for him then and it took a few days but he got over it, but sapnap had never seen him like this and it hurt to see he could only watch and knowing he couldn't do anything to help he knew less about comforting than dream did
It's only when sapnap noticed the dream started to grab at his hair and try pull it out did he do anything. He took dreams wrists and set them to the side. Dream slapped his hand against his leg. "I can't do it I can't I cant" he sobbed a red handprint forming were his hand had hit.
"Hey hey hey hey please don't do that im here for you" sapnap said holding dreams hands. "It's ok everything is going to be ok we won't go back in there if you don't want to" sapnaps words seemed to remind him of
He cried more and lunged into sapnaps arms crying histerically into his shoulder. Sapnap rubbed dream back up and down now for the first time realizing sapnap was there since before the attack.
The door opened once more and Karl pocked his head in before walking over to the scene infront of him. Sapnap looked at him from over dreams shoulder. Their eyes both were red with tears "come here sweetheart" sapnap whispered and Karl wrapped his arms around the two.
Dream pulled away sitting back at the side of the bed. "Talk" sapnap said to dream who still looked very upset.
"I just want to be able to do these things I want to be normal!" Dream half shouted "what do you mean you want to be normal dream?" Sapnap asked dream quietly "I want to be able to meat people and I want to be able to give people what they want but I can't without having a stupid attack!" dream said smacking himself again. "Hey hey hey let's not do that ok" Karl said holding dreams hands "listen dream you are normal ok just you find something things hard and that's not your fault ok we all have challenges ok" sapnap said
"I have an idea" Karl said walking to his suitcase and getting a black and green pair of ear defenders that he used when crowds became to much from him also having ADD.
"Here you go dream would these help you do you think" sapnap asked and dream nodded having being placed on his head a wave of relief washed over him as the sounds around him went down allot. "I think I go out again" dream said
"Let's get you cleaned up first though". Sapnap said taking dream into the bathroom and Karl following him.
Sapnap whipped dreams face face from sweat and tears and helped fix him hair as it was very messy because he was trying to pull it out Karl tied it in two short dutch braids the ends secured with bobbins at the bottom.

The three walked back onto the stage getting a lod applause the sound would've completely scared dream if he didn't have his head phones.
The continued until it was over and all in all it went very well
