Three days after my surgery. I was recovering well and taking medication to keep me stable mentally. The girls kept visiting and gave me a few kisses and been having some conversations. Even though Bravo team came to see me as they were happy that I was doing well after I succeeded in finishing off the war and wiping out Red Claw. Everyone in the base called me a war hero and complemented me of killing off Floyd.

Dr. Kimberly then came in to examine my body a few times and then checked the stitches on my chest where my heart is located.

"Good news Stan. Since you are in good health, you can be able to be part of the medal ceremony. General Natalya has a special role for you." She says as she helped me out of bed.

"Really? Like what?" I asked.

"It's a surprise. You should head back to the dorms and get in some formal wear. Loona told me a suit is waiting in your room."

"Ok. Thank you doctor. Thank you for everything." I said as I was about to leave.

"There is something you still owe me. A hug at least." Dr. Kimberly teased.

I turned around and hugged her around her waist and I felt my face compressed in her breasts as she pulled me closer.

"If you want, I'll be your personal doctor." She says as she gives me a wink.

"Uh, maybe." I sheepishly said.

Dr. Kimberly then gave me her number and a kiss on the forehead before letting me go. I said bye to her and headed back to the dorm. Nika then pulled me into a headlock and gave me a noogie while laughing.

"Well look who's here. Our cute little man is back!" Nika says as she laughs.

"Hey, take it easy on him! He just went through heart surgery." Krystal sternly says.

"Ok, ok." Nika says as she let me go.

"Come on Stan, I should help you get ready. The medal ceremony will start in an hour." Loona says as she took me to my room and groomed me up.

At the front courtyard at the base there was many anthro and a few human soldiers taking their seats in formal clothing and waiting as Natalya and Chloe walked up to the front stage.

"My dear soldiers, we have made the future of Earth peaceful once again for everyone. I know we lost many good people, and many innocent lives were lost, but we were able to unite as one to fight for peace. As for now for the sake of our future, no matter how different we are, human or anthro. Coexistence is the path for the peace and harmony." Natalya says through the microphone.

The audience started to clap and cheer after her speech. Just then President Laura came up to the stage and places the original copy of the human and Furry Coexistence treaty.

"President Laura arrived with an important document. A document that will prove that humans and anthros can be together. Both sides made mistakes in the past, but we can't change the past now, but we all can change the future as we should not judge or be prejudice to one another. Now, after I and one human sign this document, Coexistence will be official. Sargent Stanton Keene, please step up to the stage." Natalya commanded after she explains.

I immediately got out of my seat and headed to the stage. It was nerve racking at first until Natayla escorted me to the table where the treaty is laid with a pen next to it.

"Now after Stan signs his name on the treaty, Coexistence will go into law. Stan will do the honors?" Natalya asks through the mic.

I nodded with a smile, picked up the pen and signed my name on the line. After I was done, everyone cheered and clapped for me, and Natalya then placed a gold medal around my neck. The medal represents heroism and bravery. I even saw my team clap and whistle for me, that I smiled, and felt pure happiness that I never had before.

After the ceremony ended after the girls were rewarded with medals, everyone headed back to the base, except me. I was sitting against the wall of the base watching the sun starting to set down as I grabbed on to my medal until Natalya came to me.

"There you are honey; we been looking all over for you." She says as she sat next to me.

"Sorry, just needed some time to think." I spoke.

"You okay?"

"Yeah, just in deep thought about the future."

"I see, there is something I need to tell you." Natalya says as she gave me a brochure about the mental institute.

"Since, you did give us a scare a few times and your recent heart attack, I think its time you should go there to help you with your mental disorder." Natalya says.

"That's fine. I don't want to hurt anyone anymore." I said as I looked down.

"Stan, you are a nice pure hearted human being and I want to do things right for you. So, you will be honorable discharged, and we will take you there in the morning?" Natalya explains as she rubbed my back.

"What about the girls?" I asked.

"They all agreed for you to go there to recover from your PTSD and your bipolar disorder. We decided that it's best that you stay there mandatorily for one month. And after that, the girls and I will wait for you and take you to our new home."

"Then, I'm fine going there for my mental health. I'll do it for you and the girls.... mom."

We then both hugged together and headed back inside the base for me to pack and head to the anthro city tomorrow. Even though the war the over. I'm going to fight my PTSD next.
