Truth and Lies (Twice 10th member)

XXVIII

3rd Person's POV

Twice is currently having a rehearsal for their concert tomorrow. The 9 of them are going to their position for the last song. Everyone are memorizing their position number and it confused them as the venue was too big. Everyone was excited and nervous for tomorrow. They make sure to memorize all the moves and lyrics.

The concert director told them that it was done. Twice thanked everyone who worked hard to make this concert possible. They took a one last glance at the empty arena before they went back to the backstage.

'She must be so proud of us...'

They all wished that she's here with them, making all these things. 

It's been 9 months since the operation and yet, everyone are still waiting for her to wake up. The surgery was successful but she's in a critical condition. While the surgery was on-going, her brain causes bleeding within the layers of the brain due to swelling and compression on the injured side of the brain. The doctor tried her best to save Sam and it was successful. However, she's in a critical condition due to bleeding. 

Sam stayed in ICU for 9 months and still there's no progress for her.

Everyday, Twice members visits her and talk to her just like what they used to do. They told her about their day, rant to her whenever something annoys them, and cry in front of her. That was the cycle for 9 months. 

However, Twice members hasn't visited Sam for 1 month. They were busy practicing for their upcoming concert and it makes them guilty for not visiting their maknae. Once they got home, everyone were throwing their body on their bed as they were tired for practicing the whole day. 

It's already the day of the concert. Onces already arrived at the venue. Everyone was busy buying their merch and taking a picture to the photo zone. Every people on the venue were smiling and making memories with each other. 

The venue door opened and everyone starts to enter and find their seats. The members family attended their daughters concert except for her family. Although they tried to invite them, but they politely declined because no one will stay with Sam. They respect their decision but they still insist to give the tickets to them in case they changed their minds.

The members backstage are all so nervous. They heard the cheering from the concert hall and it makes them calm. They are all excited to show to Onces what they prepared for them and it they will make it memorable for them. They are now in position as they wait for their cue to be on stage.

The concert has been on-going for almost 2 hours and a half. They changed outfits for 3 times and performed all their title tracks and some of the songs from their albums. Cheers and screams are getting louder and louder as the concert goes on. 

It's already encore time and Twice went out of the stage, wearing the concert shirt merch and singing their song, 'life a fool'. Everyone was singing along as they finally heard this song again for a very a long time.  The sang 2 more songs, 'depend on you' and 'the best thing I ever did'. 

When the intro of TBTIED, everyone started to tear up as they reminded of someone. It was the first song that she wrote for Twice. It was memorable for all of them as they reminisce how proud they are when her song was chosen. They missed her so much.

The song ended and they went back to the main stage. They are lining up from the oldest to youngest. They said what they want to say to the fans who cheered for them from the very beginning and thanking them for giving them a support and love. They promised to work harder in the future and make more memories with them. They also thanked their families who pushed them to reached their dreams and always got their backs. They also thanked all the company staffs, their managers and their company siblings for raising their fighting spirits and helping them to make all of these, possible.
