Chloe couldn't walk fast enough to chemistry.
She had been anticipating this class all morning.

Because she hadn't seen Brock since last night.

Since their steamy make out session in that bathroom.
A steamy make out that should have ended with her in Brock's bed.

Instead, Chloe was left feeling confused...and unsatisfied.

It had been everything Chloe had imagined.
She had never been kissed like that before, especially by a guy.
Brock's lips were the softest that she had ever tasted.
And it was fun.
Fun in a way that she wasn't accustomed to with boys.
They had laughed, and it was light hearted in some ways.
Brock wasn't desperately trying to get into her pants.
He was enjoying the kissing, touching...the anticipation just as much as she was.

That was very new for her.
And it had all confirmed Chloe's feelings.

And it seemed to confirm Brock's, until it ended.
She saw the guilt in Brock's eyes.

But why?
He was just as into it as Chloe was, and he initiated the entire situation.
Hell, he was into it enough to leave a hickey on her neck.

Chloe needed answers.
Because she wanted to kiss him again.
Touch him again.
Taste him.
She wanted him. Desperately.

Luckily, Brock was already in his chair when Chloe entered the classroom.

He was scribbling notes into his notebook.
His foot tapping against the stool legs.
He seemed nervous.

"Hey," Chloe hesitantly said as she sat across from him.

Brock's head popped up at the sound of Chloe's voice.

His eyes held that same guilt as the night before.
Which immediately crushed Chloe's heart.

"Hi...," Brock croaked.

Just be cool and calm

"You look like hell," Chloe laughed.

This seemed to slightly ease his obvious tension.

"Yeah well I haven't drank like that in a while," he laughed.

He better not use that as an excuse

"Such a light weight," Chloe teased as she subconsciously flipped her hair over her shoulder.

The tension was suddenly back in his shoulders.
His eyes on the poorly covered mark on Chloe's neck.

"Chlo...uh...last night," he started but Chloe halted it.

"Last night was great. Don't give me some excuse about why it wasn't," Chloe stated firmly.

Tell him what you want

"Of course it was, but we...I can't..."

"Why not?"

"I'm not...I'm not who you think I am, Chlo."

"Bullshit. You are the most vulnerable boy I've ever met. I know you're amazing. And I know you want this."
