A week had passed since Canada had seen Russias public outburst and he just couldn't get Russia out of his mind. There was something interesting about the country that Canada couldn't quite put his finger on.

He was intrigued by them. As if they were a new species he had discovered during a hike, and only seen for a moment. He had plenty of distractions throughout his day, but as soon as he was alone in his bed the thought crept it's way into his mind..

He had never in his 24 years of living seen a country with dragon features like Russia, which he was sure had some affect on how intrigued he was by them. And he was interested to know the name of such a country.

But currently he wasn't thinking of Russia, currently he had no work to do for a whopping 3 days and absolutely no idea what to do with that time. That was until his eldest brother called him with hopes of going somewhere to eat and catch up.

Canada accepted instantly, while America was one of the people he saw most often he still took the opportunity to see any of his family members on any free occasion. He liked to inform them on how his life was currently going, and to see how their life was.

He knew America wouldn't want to eat anywhere fancy, so he didn't dress fancy. And since it was chilly outside he knew just what to wear, a brown sweater and black jeans. He wore a pair of black boots to pair with it all. And that was all.

He didn't wear any makeup, and didn't style his hair, only brushed it out and headed out onto his front steps to sit and wait for his brother.

America was already on his way, blasting loud music and certainly not wearing his seatbelt either. He didn't fear death, he loved risk and adrenaline was one of the few reasons he lived.

He pulled out his phone, texting his brother that he was on the way to which Canada responded with a simple: "mhm"

America might look stupid, staring at his phone, not wearing a seatbelt, surrounding himself with distractions when he was on the road. But he wasn't stupid in any regards, as a matter of fact he was very smart and fully aware of the risks he was taking when he did this.

But it didn't scare him.

He thought he had well over lived his stay on this planet, and the idea of dying now didn't phase him. Death was an entity he had no fear of, and if he died he wouldn't mind much.

But as he approached his brothers house he'd lower the volume of his music, buckle his seatbelt, put away his phone, and properly adjust his rear view mirror, not really wanting to kill his brother at the moment.

He stopped his truck in front of his brothers house, rolling down his window and waving at his brother with a huge goofy grin on his face.

Canada got up, walking over and around the car until he reached the passenger side door which America had already stretched across the truck to open.

When the door had been opened a few pop cans had fallen at Canadas feet, making him back up before kicking the cans aside and hopping into his brother truck happily. He used his boot to sweep the rest of the trash out of the passenger side floor and onto the road before he actually shut the door.

"Hhh.. so where are we g-" Before Canada could finish his sentence America delivered a hard punch to the younger countries shoulder.

"OW- you dick-" Canada shouted before playfully hitting his brother back. This continued for a moment, back and forth, as a playful little tussle before the two countries stopped, giggling.

"You wanted to know where we were going?" Asked America, beginning to drive. "We're uhh.. I don't quite know- but I guess we can just stop at whatever looks good eh?" He suggested, to which Canada nodded in approval.

There was a long silence.

"Hey Ame?" Canada broke the silence. "Hm?" "I uh- yesterday when I was being driven to work I saw this- interesting country- he was-" He heard America snicker. "What's so funny?" America chuckled teasingly as he spoke. "What was the guy hot or something?"

"AME!-" "Sorry-! Damn. What about this guy was so interesting ya' just had to tell me?"

"He was- like- part dragon or something. And he had this accent-" "Nada.. every country has a different accent. But- I do agree with ya' on the dragon part- I've never seen a country with dragon features and I'm even older than ya'.."

America then shrugged his shoulders. "Eh, but that doesn't make him special-" Canada cut the older country off mid sentence. "America, I just wanted to know if maybe you knew his name- but- obviously you don't. So this conversation is over before you say something dumb like you always do." America mocked Canada for a moment before actually shutting up, although visibly he wasn't too pleased about having to remain silent.

"Can't believe I let my little brother boss me around-" "Hey- I'm 24, and I'm smarter than you. At least I wear my seatbelt."

"Meh meh meh meh meh-" Said America mockingly in an exaggerated voice which earned him a hard punch from his younger brother.

"DAMN- ok I'll stop. Fuck man.." And with that America stopped.

America had chosen a small fast food diner, which Canada was ok with. He had ordered himself 3 slices of Hawaiian style pizza, to which America playfully gagged at the horrendous sight of pineapple on pizza.

By the time they had arrived at the place the little tussle between them was resolved and long in the past, so the two had no problem chatting about things.

But Canada still couldn't get the thought out of his mind.. which was haunting him now like a horrible ghost.

Who was that country?
