Phoenix POV
When we enter the infirmary again, Bloom is back, she is sitting next to Sky. Aisha sees Scarlett and immediately jumps up.
"Are you okay?" Aisha asks, concern written all over her face.
"I'm fine." Scarlett replies, her emotional mask in place.
"We saw you crying, obviously you're not fine." Tecna pushes.
"Don't worry about it, I'm fine." Scarlett replies. Sometimes I can't help wishing that she did open up to her friends, but she already told me she doesn't want to tell anyone.
"We're your friends, you can trust us." Flora says kindly.
"As my friends, I'm asking you to drop it." Scarlett replies, her voice confident and unwavering.
"But-" Stella begins but stops when she sees me softly shake my head in her direction from where I am behind Scarlett.
Scarlett goes over and sits near Musa who is by Riven's bedside. I go over and sit next to Helia near the window.
"You alright mate?" He asked me.
"I will be, don't worry." I answer.
"Something's going on that involves you and Scarlett isn't there?" Helia asks.
"Yeah, you can say that." I replied. Helia just nods and accepts my answer. That's what I like about talking to him, he doesn't pry and knows that he can trust us.
"Tell me when you're ready." Helia tells me.
"Thanks." I replied.
"Always get your back bud." He replies.
A while later Bloom takes Flora, Aisha and Scarlett to Ms Faragonda's office.
"Riven, can you hear me?" Musa asks, seeing Riven stir slightly.
"Musa, relax. He's fine. I bet he will be up in no time." Stella reassures her.
The bed moves, jolting Riven awake. He groans, holding his head.
"Riven! You're okay!" Musa cries, flinging her arms around him.
"Hey! I cured Riven!" Stella cheers.
"Welcome back there, bro. We really missed you." Brandon says.
When Riven doesn't answer Musa starts to get worried.
"Riven?" She asks.
"How many fingers am I holding up, buddy?" Helia asks, holding up two fingers.
"Two! But I am most definitely not your buddy, you pathetic little-"
"Two, but I am most definitely not your buddy." Riven snaps, taking everyone by surprise.
"Perfect! Now that they are weak and confused, I can get them where it really hurts."
"Then go, Mandragora, and be sure you don't come back empty-handed."
Scarlett POV
Bloom, Aisha, Flora and I are sitting in Ms Faragonda's office. Bloom is explaining to her about what the Book Of Fate said. I notice how she leaves out the part about her twin sister. I believe Ms Faragonda already knew, seeing as she was a warrior of the Company Of Light.
"Did you say the Obsidian Circle?" Ms Faragonda questions, slightly alarmed.
"Have you heard of it? Do you know what it is?" Bloom immediately questions.
"Unfortunately, yes, Bloom. It is said to be a secret entrance to a terrible place, a dimension full of fear, pain and worse..." Ms Faragonda says defeatedly, not able to meet our eyes.
