What is Scarlett's typical clothing/hair style?
I guess I never really explained this in much detail but I have always had some sort of a picture in my head. Scarlett wouldn't have a similar style to Bloom as they didn't grow up together and because of Scarlett's cursed ice powers it would change her appearance slightly. While Bloom's hair is more an orange-red, Scarlett's hair is more on the purple-red side because of her ice powers, giving it a more blue tinge. I always imagined that Scarlett would wear a lot of navy blue and dark purples, similar to Phoenix. I have included an image at the top that I created before I started writing but you are free to imagine Scarlett however you like!

Why is it that Daphne never reached out to Scarlett like she did with Bloom?
Daphne believed that Scarlett was either missing or dead with their parents because she was never found after the battle of Domino. The only person that knew of Scarlett's location as well as her true identity was Warrior Ella, having teleported Scarlett there herself. Daphne would have loved to have reached out to Scarlett but there were a certain number of factors preventing her from doing so.
1. Daphne was cursed by the Ancestral Witches and struggled to talk to Bloom for a short period of time without her powers fading
2. Daphne didn't know Scarlett's whereabouts and didn't know what sort of condition she was in. The uncertainty made it harder for Daphne to pinpoint where she should focus her magic.
3. Scarlett's ice powers came from the Ancestral Witches themselves, if Daphne was to hypothetically find out where Scarlett was she wouldn't be able to make contact because the evil magic would repel Daphne's advances, something not mentioned in the book but might be included in bonus chapters later on.

What do you imagine Scarlett would have gotten up to after this fic (both in later seasons and as an adult)?
Scarlett and Phoenix would continue to go places with the Winx and Specialists, they wouldn't need to stay at Alfea anymore because they have found their home. Like Bloom, Scarlett would properly graduate Alfea and become a Guardian Fairy. No other special events that significantly divert from the original timeline would happen in the later seasons. In Season 4, Roxy is slightly intimidated by Scarlett but that quickly changes and they become close friends. Scarlett also develops her fire powers further with help from Bloom because she never trained them to the same extent as her ice powers. However Scarlett and her ice abilities play a vital a role when they are faced by Nebula. When trying to close the Abyss, Scarlett helps Nabu as her dark ice powers from the Ancestral Witches are enough to assist in the battle against the dark powers of the Abyss. Fortunately Nabu doesn't die but it leaves both of them extremely weak. Nabu doesn't die. Scarlett, Phoenix, Aisha and Nabu become extremely close after these events. Apart from that, nothing else that diverts from the main storyline happens.
When Ryder and Ella eventually retire from their positions as Head Royal Warriors, Scarlett and Phoenix would take over fulltime, though this wouldn't happen until they are well into their adult years.

If Scarlett and Bloom look the exact same and Scarlett knew that she has fire power, how did they never realise they were related for 3 years?
I didn't really think this through when I first thought of it but there are a few reasons why they never realised that they were related.
1. Scarlett didn't know her true birthday and just celebrated it with Phoenix on the day they turned up at Alfea. There was no way for them to figure out if they were twins because they thought that they didn't share the same birthday.
2. Bloom didn't actually know that she had another sister. Until she read the book of fate she thought Daphne was her only sibling and didn't even consider the possibility of having another sister let alone a twin.

How and when did Scarlett unlock her Charmix?
In Season 2, Episode 24 (Darkar's Prisoner), Sky suggests that Brandon should ask Princess Amentia for help since her rock worm can make a hole large enough for the ship to enter Darkar's Fortress. Faragonda agrees with Sky's idea and chooses Sky, Brandon, Aisha and Phoenix to go to Downland. Scarlett objects immediately, not wanting to be separated from Phoenix, causing an argument to arise between her and Faragonda. The others watch on, not knowing what to do. Eventually Scarlett unhappily gives in to Faragonda's command and the group of four leaves. Aisha reassures the others but mainly Scarlett, saying, "And don't you worry, I'll keep those boys out of trouble."
When the rest of the group arrive at their meeting point but do not see Sky, Brandon and Aisha. Scarlett is immediately worried and starts muttering that she should've gone with them under her breath as she paces the ship. Then the Trix show up and with Stormy's lightning bolt, their ship begins to malfunction. After their ship lands safely on the snow, the Trix continue to torment them, Icy creating a large ice boulder to crush them. Everyone started urging Scarlett to do something to save them but Scarlett was frozen in fear and unresponsive to anyone's words. Luckily, Flora with her Charmix upgrade was able to grow plants to hold it up. Icy then creates a blizzard, and the group is suffering from the cold. Stella can no longer withstand the cold, and heats things up. This helps the engines regain power and just in time too, because the roots holding up the ice ball burned away and began to fall on them. They reunite with the others and Scarlett runs straight into Phoenix's arms. After hearing what happened on both sides, Phoenix asks Scarlett why she wanted to go against Faragonda's orders and why she froze when the Trix showed up. She replies, explaining that she was scared that she would lose Phoenix as they had never been apart during battle. She admitted that she has always held a fear of the Trix due to the rumours of the Trix being related to her, rumours that she believed to be true. Scarlett admitting her worries and fears to Phoenix led to her unlocking her Charmix powers.
