"This is so unbelievable! I've been here for days!" Erosian shouted, "The way you said it, as if we are keeping you for a week, you're just here for two days and still counting!" Elize said and massaged her nose bridge, "Icarus just watched you last night since we rescued Elidé."

"Why are you doing this? I need to talk to her! You are chaining me to a wall now?!" Halos mabaliw na ang dalaga kakasigaw ng pinsan, "You made is sounds awfully mean, the chain is the only thing bad here," Sagot niya sa pinsan.

"I have a gadget, yet it is stopping me from reaching her" Elize gave her cousin a 'duh' look, "What is your purpose here if we will let you contact her?" Elize fell back on the sofa and opened the tv, "Even if you strangle me to death, I don't have the key."

Erosian slumped on his seat, "Why won't you just give me a chance for us to fix everything" Elize grunted, "Keron said she needs time. We listen to doctors, Erosian, okay? Behave" Elize rolled her eyes at him, and Erosian took a deep breath.

Days passed, and it was hard for him and the other people in the mansion. "Did he eat?" Erosian heard his father's voice outside, "No, he hasn't for two days now. He is going to kill himself" Hearing his cousin Erosian ignored their conversation.

"What are you doing to yourself?" Erosian eyed the man who entered the room, "Are you going to kill yourself? This is not how Herrera acts, Erosian."

Erosian closed his eyes, "And how should I act? Accept the curse that is stuck with our name? Is that it? Letting people go just because they can't accept the real us when they never gave a chance to give it a try, I am not like you, Dad."

"Momma can't swim. When the Aunties pushed her to the pool, she called for help. You saved her, but just from drowning, not from their evil acts. When she is shaking and terrified, you go silent. All you can do is whisper to her that she will be okay, even though it won't" Erosian stands up.

"I am not like you, I am not like Momma, but I want to protect the woman I cared for, even from this family. You'll never see me like you, letting someone I love just because I can't protect her, wait, because I didn't give my chance to protect her," Erosian laughed.
