 Napakunot ang noo ni Hades ng makita ang kaniyang kapatid na babae na nakahiga sa sofa ng kaniyang condo unit at busy sa panonood ng telebisyon, nilibot niya ang paningin at mas lalong tumaas ang kilay niya ng makita ang dalawang nag-lalakihang maleta sa gilid ng pinto.

Pinakatitigan niya ang maleta na animo'y tatagal ng isang taon sa laki, may excess baggage pa ito na naka-patong sa tuktok ng bag. He wonder how she manage to carry this whole pack of baggage.

Guessing the color purple, he doesn't need to ask who the owner is, of course, his bratty little sister. What questioned him is that. What the fuck is she doing here?

"Chairete!" Her sister greeted her with a hello in the Greek language. He signed and removed his shoes in the doorway, "What the hell are you doing here?" He asked and checked his phone.

"Mommy and Daddy are leaving for a trip to Russia and Greece. To handle both businesses, Daddy needs to check the company. As for Mommy, she needs to check the diamond mines, another mine collapsed, and she will handle the renovation, and you know, Daddy," Mahabang lantana ni Aphrodite saka ngumiti na animo'y kinikilig.

"He doesn't function well without Mommy so that he will be with her too" Aphrodite smiled at her brother, "And as for me, Mommy said, stay with you for a meantime" She plucked her tongue at him.

"I am surprised that you didn't come to the diamond mine," Hades said and continued to check his phone, "I tried, but Mommy didn't let me," Aphrodite pouted and grunted. "Of course, Mommy knows that you'll hug all the diamonds there" He rolled his eyeballs.

"Be with Aphrodite for now. I am sure she will tell you the details. We might be gone for a month. Take care of your sister. You know how she works. Take care of my baby boy. Have long patience with our little princess," Hades signed as he read his mother's text.

He doesn't have any choice. Aphrodite will be staying with him then; indeed, it will be a pain in the ass.

"You have your unit, Aphrodite," Hades spat at his sister. "Come on, Kuya, didn't you miss me?"

"Nope, not a little bit. I missed my condo before you came" Hades went straight to the kitchen, "What do you want to eat?" As he readied all the cooking ingredients, he asked, "I'll help, Kuya!"

Hinayaan nalang ni Hades ang kapatid, knowing her, an eighteen-year-old woman would likely throw tantrums if you didn't let her. She is so damn spoiled. He cooks and tries his best to ensure that her sister won't burn his kitchen, or, worst, the whole E.M.S La Gran.

"Kuya, where did you lagay your kamatis?" Halos mapantig ang tenga niya sa conyo niyang kapatid at sa maarte nitong tono, alam niya na ganoon talaga magsalita ito, lalo na nasanay na wikang ingles, pero ang paghaluin ang dalawang lenggawe sa weird paraan? Oh hell.

This happens when she sticks to Tita Samanthia and their cousin Luxury. She was carved and hence well by her Aunt adopting the way she talks and thinks.

She is so close to being molded as an alien who talks weirdly. Tanggap pa niya kung mag-sasalita nalang ito ng ingles.

"In the fridge," He answered shortly, trying not to bicker about how she talked.

Aphrodite hums as she opens the refrigerator. She took the Tupperware where the tomatoes were, "I need to find the not so­—Ummm," Aphrodite stopped and furrowed in front of the fridge.

Holding the Tupperware of tomatoes, she faced her brother, "Kuya, what is the Tagalog of ripe?"

"What?"
