CHAPTER 9: Take A Hint (Cassidy's & Ken's POV)

(Ken's POV)

"Alright, class is dismissed." The teacher said, sipping on his coffee

I jumped up out of my seat and ran to the door.

"Wait, bbg..." Somebody said from behind me.

"Did you just say bbg outside of a texting setting?" I asked, turning around to face Liam and Henry.

"Yep... so... wanna like, make out?" Henry said casually.

"Yeah sure." I said, sarcastically. Henry and Liam fistbumped.

"You green hair chunk of lettuce, did you seriously think I meant that?"

"What the hell is going on here?" Cass said, walking up to us.

"Your weird cousin just denied Henry a make-out session. He's a wreck!" Liam said, stroking Henry's lettuce head while he cried into his shoulder.

"This... this is depressing." Cass laughed.

Liam smirked, "By depressing do you mean hot?"

"NO!" We both yelled, walking out of the room.

"Sh-She called me a lettuce head..." Henry cried behind us.

(Cassidy's POV)

Me and Ken walked towards the bathroom, I was confused on what the hell had happened. I didn't know how Ken felt.. But man that felt WEIRD.

Ken suddenly grabbed my hand and dragged me to the bathroom that Milly (And Sean had confirmed) was never used

As Ken burst through the door, dragging me behind her. I saw the bathroom, and I have to admit. It was the best bathroom I've ever seen.

The light pink walls were as clean as heck, the white sinks were clean, no dirt, as if it had never been used and the checkered floor was smooth and clear.

"WOAH" I whisper-shouted

"Mhm" Ken nodded

I looked at her with confusion, how could she not be amazed at the rare sighting of a CLEAN school bathroom?

"Sooooo, why did you drag me into the bathroom?" I asked her, she looked up

"Liam and Henry were attempting to flirt with us... Idiots"

I looked around and somehow, found it the perfect moment to sing to make Ken feel better

"Why am I always hit-on

By the boys I never Like?"

"I always see 'em coming

From the left and from the right."

I saw Ken's head poke up, before she joined me

"I don't wanna be a priss,

I'm just try'in' to be polite,

But it always seems to bite me in the..." She sang

"You ask me for my number

Ya, you put me on the spot.

You think that we should hook-up,

But I think that we should not." We sang in harmony

"You had me at 'Hello,'

Then you opened up your mouth,

And that is when it started going south!" Ken sang
