Nobuo isn't the best at expressing his feelings for you, especially when he isn't a hundred percent sure you feel the same way. As much as he'd like to confess or do some grand gesture that makes you swoon, he just can't. It could be because he's scared of rejection or thinks he'll ruin your friendship. Either way, Nobuo desperately tries to find a way to get his feelings out in a subtle manner.
As he's jotting down ideas and making a little list of the reasons he loves you in the first place Nobuo slowly starts writing little snippets of songs. Soon he was transforming his love notes into ballads, about one sided love and endless yearning. Talking about the things he wished he could do for you, how he wished he'd could be with you, have you to himself without a single person being able to take you from his love.
What started as a soft plea for intimacy and an innocent love becomes a confession of his darkest desires and the fantasies he has about you. It feels so good to let it out and create a beautiful piece of art, his love for you was enough for an album. Hearing the songs during rehearsal the crew loved the dark turn and the unorthodox approach to a crush, it was perfect. Though it was kind of odd that Nobuo was able to craft such a work in the first place, being the guy that he is.
As the music spreads like a wildfire throughout Japan, Nobuo can't stop himself from smiling. The weight on his chest is now gone since the album started playing around the city. There's no way you haven't heard a single song yet, especially with the hype around the music. Which means you got his confession, even if you don't know that the songs were made especially for you.
