Initially, Shinichi warned you that he may need his space and disappear at times. Meanwhile, he's been nothing but clingy since the relationship started. He wants to come over for cuddling often, which can be inconvenient at times, but he's never empty-handed. Shin loves touching you and being held. When you hold him he feels so safe and warm, he's not trying to be annoying he only wants that feeling of comfort. So the minute you get comfortable in your spot Shin starts to smother you.
He cherishes the small intimate moments between you. Cooking a meal together, washing each other's hair, doing chores together to get done faster, etc. He loves it all! It gives him a sense of peace for some reason. The fact that mundane tasks are becoming something more lets him know things are headed in the right direction.
Shin loves to storm off after an argument with his friends but that stops when you start dating. The last thing he wants is to give the impression that he doesn't care about your feelings. Or that he'd rather abandon you than make things work. Once the problem is resolved and you both settle down, Shin still wants to be close. It'd hurt him deeply if you purposely avoided him or refused to talk.
On the slow days, he'll try to teach you how to play his bass, he won't be too worried about you breaking it somehow. It's pretty durable so it'd have to be intentional for you to wreck it. While Shin's songwriting skills aren't as great compared to Nobuo's, he still likes trying to create little songs with you! Even if they're pretty bad.
