It was lunch time and I'm starving. I've been bugging Sawyer the whole period about how hungry I was, he looked a bit annoyed.
"One thing you need to know about me, boy. If I'm hungry I'll annoy the crap out of you until you feed me." I told him as we entered the cafeteria.
Sean walked a few feet behind us. Sometimes he was so distant.
"That's good to know, next time I'll feed you at the right time." Sawyer chuckled.
"You cook?" I asked as I paid for my sandwich.
"I can make small stuff." he got a sandwich with some salad.
"Hmm, at least I won't starve when I'm with you." I laughed and took the next empty table at the corner of the large cafeteria room.
Kenneth was already there. "Hey Kenneth, what's up?"
He shrugged. "Cafeteria food sucks."
"It does but hey its better than to be hungry." I pointed out.
"Believe me it does." Sawyer said, probably hinting that I got annoying.
I rolled my eyes.
"Hey guys!" Pierce said cheerfully and took the seat in front of me. Melanie next to him. "Kenneth, Sean this is Melanie my...friend." he said at the end.
"Hi." she said shyly.
"Hello." Kenneth gave her a small smile and Sean just nodded.
"Are you free tomorrow night?" Pierce asked.
"Yes." Melanie blushed.
"Want to go catch a movie?"
"I'll love too."
"Awesome!" Pierce grinned like a fool.
I chuckled and kept eating my food.
"Blair can I have a word with you?" I nearly chocked on my sandwich when I recognized the voice.
"I-"
"Please." Lance sounded desperate.
I sighed and nodded.
"I'll be right back." I told Sawyer who looked at me alarmed. He eventually nodded and I left with Lance.
We stayed in the hallway. "What do you want Lance?"
"Listen, I didn't cheat okay? She kissed me, I swear I was going to push her away."
I rolled my eyes. "Right. So then why didn't you call my friends when I told you to?"
He looked at me confused. "I did. I said that some guys were attacking you, but they weren't in the cafeteria anymore. They were coming your way, but they looked different..." he seemed lost in thought.
What on earth is he talking about? The boys said he didn't even warn them.
"You have to believe me Blair. I really do like you, I messed up. Please give me another chance." he said getting closer to me.
"I don't believe in second chances, Lance. Much less this soon. I think we should just leave things as they are."
He shook his head. "No Blair, I really want to date you and so, so much more."
"Lance what are you-"
His body pressed to mine pushing me against the wall. His mouth kissed me passionately. I struggled to get free. I punched his chest and tried several times to knee him. But it was no use. Tears sprang to my eyes, I don't like being taken by force. And his actions reminded me of before.
