Since I didn't know where we were going I pulled on a pair of black shorts, a white shirt that hung low on my shoulder. I put on some black heels that I made Pierce buy for me a few hours ago. Put on some make up and was ready to go. I didn't had a purse or a cell phone so it made things easier.
The door bell rung and I felt myself get nervous all over again.
I walked into the living room and everyone turned to stare at me. Pierce whistled.
"Dang girl if you weren't my cousin I'll be all over you right now." he winked.
I rolled my eyes and walked over to Lance. He flashed me a smile and put his arm around my waist then kissed my cheek. I felt myself blush.
"You look beautiful."
"Thanks."
"Blair?" Sawyer called after me. "Be careful."
"You don't have anything to worry about."
Sawyer nodded and closed the house door.
"Overprotective brother?" Lance asked as we go in his car.
"Overprotective alright. So were are we going?" I asked more curious now.
"Go catch a movie and then head to dinner." he grabbed my hand kissed it.
--
Turns out we watched a horror film. Typical for boys. Too bad I'm not the type to get scared by movies like that.
"Did you like the movie?" he asked as we walked out of the theater. His arm around my waist.
"It was good. A bit too gruesome but I like it."
"I was expecting you to be scared out of your life. But nothing."
I laughed. "Lets just say I'm not the type to make little scenes."
"Are you hungry?"
"Starving."
"Lets go feed the lady." he chuckled and drove us to the restaurant.
He thought of everything. We got a table isolated from all the fuss around the place. There were candles on the table.
"This is lovely." I smiled at him.
"Glad you like it. So you live alone with all those boys in the house?"
"Yeah. My parents died a long time ago so I moved with my cousins."
"What about your brother?"
"Ah, he's was adopted. But takes the role seriously." I chuckled.
.....
"I hope he doesn't give me trouble."
"Give you trouble with what?" I asked curiously.
"When I ask you to be my girlfriend." he smiled and held my hand. "So will you, be my girl?"
I blinked several times. Then nodded. "I would love too."
He smiled and kissed my hand again. "Can we have the food I ordered please?" he told the waitress.
When our plates arrived we talked about random stuff. He's actually a nice guy.
"So tell me, why did you move here?" Lance asked.
"Because Leo got a job here."
"Who's Leo?" he asked curiously.
"Ah he's my uncle. My moms little brother." God I'm a terrible liar.
