BLAIR'S POV
I woke up somewhat groggy.
Was startled when I didn't see Eden laying next to me, sleeping like usual. I shrugged it off and headed to the bathroom. Took a long cold shower so I could wake up. Then I slipped in a pair of black skinny jeans and a gray shirt. This time I let my hair loose and headed towards the kitchen. There wasn't any noise.
Could it be everyone was still sleeping?
I grabbed a bowl and served myself some cereal and ate alone. Afterwards I washed the plate and spoon then headed towards Sawyer's room.
Maybe he's awake.
I knocked around three times and he didn't open up so I tried to turn the knob and found his room empty.
What the heck?
His bed was made and everything was in place.
A bit shaken I went to Kenneth's and Pierce's room.
The same as Sawyer's.
Empty.
Without knocking I opened Leo's and Sean's room to find the beds a mess.
In fact everything was upside down, literally. It looks like there was a mini tornado in their room. A bit desperate I ran to my room and grabbed my phone then dialed Sawyer's number.
It send me straight to voice mail. The same with Kenneth's, Pierce's and Leo's. Sean didn't pick up.
I should call Melanie!
After three rings she picked up. "Hey, Blair what's up?"
"Is Pierce with you?"
"No. What's wrong? Did something happen to him?" she panicked.
"Oh its nothing. Just checking. Well I'll see you tomorrow at school." Before Mel could say anything I hung up.
"Where the heck are you guys?" I mumbled.
Wait, maybe in the basement.
Please be in the basement.
I ran down and nearly broke down the door.
Empty.
"Finally."
Or not.
I swirled around ready to punch whoever was near but was stopped by a tight grip on my wrist.
"Easy Blair."
"Sean? Where the heck is everyone?" I have to admit I'm relieved to see him here but sometimes he creeps me out.
"Out." He said easily and walked over to the table at the corner of the room. A pile of ancient books on top.
"No shit Sherlock." I snapped. "I want to know where."
"Away from you."
Ouch. "Why?"
I noticed how everything was out of the way except from a plastic thing at the other end of the basement.
"Because its time you learn to do spells and control your legacy." Sean said it easily and opened one of the books.
"No. It could hurt people."
"Turns out I'm immune to half of what you do. It wont hurt me if you start to drain me, I'm sick and apparently you can only suck healthy energy. And about the spells, well as long as the aren't directed to me I'm good." he paused then handed me the book.
