CHAPTER 11

{Isabel Wood}

*1 month later*

"Okay good, what would the answer to this be?" My boyfriend asks, pointing at another question.

I look at it for a second before deciding I can't do it, "don't you think I deserve a break?"

"We just started an hour ago baby," he sighs.

"An hour too long," I say as a matter of factly.

He shakes his head, "fine, you can have a break after this question."

I pout, "no, now."

He raises his brow, "after this."

I shake my head, "no."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes-" I cut him off by kissing him.

"No," I whisper against his mouth.

He sighs into the kiss, "okay."

His hand drops the pencil and I climb over the math book and onto his lap.

He grabs my ass, pulling me closer.

"This is not fair. You can't always win like that," he says, pulling away slightly.

"I can't?" I tilt my head.

"No," he shakes his head.

I smile, "but I do." With that, I pull him back in.

"I love you," I breathe out.

*1 week later*

"You can't just do that!" I huff.

He groans, "I don't understand why it's such a big deal."

"SHE WAS YOUR DATE THEODORE," I point out.

"SHE WASN'T. she was going to be. But she went with your brother," he rolls his eyes.

"Exactly. You wanna ignore my brother and act like he is invisible but you want to be all nice and sweet to her? It was her fault too," I complain.

He sighs, "okay but that doesn't matter. I was just helping her. That's it."

"You want to help her all of a sudden? Why don't you just fuck her again, it's not like you haven't done it before. You don't wanna fuck me but you will happily do it with her!" I narrow my eyes at him.

"Baby what-" he starts.

"Go fuck her, Theo," I cut him off, walking away.

He was helping Diana with books. The girl he that was going to be his prom date.

Whatever, I don't wanna talk to him.

And I don't, the rest of the school day until, he comes to me at lunch but I ignore him. He can go talk to Diana.

"Love, come on. I didn't think it would be such a big deal," he groans.

"Go away, Theodore. Let me enjoy my lunch," I roll my eyes.

He sighs, sitting next to me and wrapping his arms around my waist, "babe. You know I love you."

I look at him with a pout, "you were talking to her like nothing happened."

"Isaac was my best friend. What he did hurt more than what she did," he explains.

"But-" I start.

"Everything with your brother and me is between us. I told you not to worry about that," he shushes. "As for Diana, she looked like she was struggling, that's why I helped. I'll let her struggle next time, okay?"
