In the morning, I woke up to Late and Jazzie joining in, they were mostly always the first ones up anyway. We stayed at the camp for a while waiting for Nez and zalgo to show up before packing up the camp and going to the city. Whenever the others will join? They'll be teleported to us. Before we got out of the forest, jazzie managed to catch a pokemon she found adorable, a stufful naming it stuffed. We stayed right outside the gate to the city to let jazzie train her new buddy to Atleast the right level.

Mike, lost and eiichi joined us finaly, Malt greeted Eiichi with a hug. "Hello papa!" Eiichi said with a happy tone "Everyone is here now? It's time to fight the gym!" I announced. We went through the gates, just talking and laughing before arriving infront of it after a quick heal up at the center. "Bug type for the first gym huh? It's gonna be a piece of cake." Eiichi said. "Easy said for you, me and Zalgo only have grass type pokemons." Lost pointed out. That's true, zalgo only had her turtwig.

We gave it a thought and had Malt battle with Zalgo and Jazzie with Lost so Atleast their fire types could help them beat the gym. Malt sighed before he motioned zalgo to come and went in the gym first "we're getting this done first then." "Hey! Wait up!" She followed behind as we followed aswell. Malt activated the dialogue for the gym leader, choosing a 2 person battle.

Zalgo got out her turtwig, ready to fight. Malt sent out his god damn shiny charmeleon, already level 26 (everyone else was around 15-16) he must've been grinding for a while last night. "What the fuck- Malt why is your pokemon so high level!?" Zalgo asked concerned. "I trained it, duh. Now step aside." The gym leader had sent out scatterbug and pinser, in the first round, Malt used flame thrower at both of them before anyone else could even do a move. "WAH, IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?" Nez yelled out from the benches.

Well I guess that's one way to easily win a badge, it still counted zalgo's win. "Haha! My papa is the best!" Eiichi cheered. Even I was left speechless, I knew he was training late(no not our actual late) but I didn't think he'd be this high in level. Anyway Atleast it helped out zalgo to not die. After the battle, lost and Jazzie went up, jazzie wasn't as leveled up as Lost was but they still managed to take down the yanma and nincada. It seems like the gym battle's pokemons were different everytime. That's nice.

My turn came up next, I was planning on doing it alone since I could use Jodie to beat whatever it was going to throw in but lost interrupted "wait, Nez. You also are at a disadvantage" "wait what? No, I have my big crocs!" He got confused. "Yea. That's a dark type, it's weak to bug dumbass". Oh shit yea even I forgot that. "Ohhh, I thought it turned dark type once it evolved, shit well uh I guess I'll just come with you mouse." I gave him a thumbs up and with that we made a good pair to have a close fight against a beedrill and a venipede. No death so far.

On the other hand, Eiichi and Mike didn't have much trouble. Since eiichi had a fire type aswell, they got pass, a cascoon and a durant. With late being the only left that hasn't battle, he easily also took down a venonat. That's not all! After he won, his partner evolved. "WoOow! Bigger ankle bitter!" He screamed out getting a chuckle out of everyone. Everything was doing great! "Let's goooo! First badge babyyyy" Nez cheered.

We celebrated our victory on our way to the pokemon center where we got our information, restocked on items and got to relax a bit to get food. Late and Eiichi had a friendly battle while we waited, I was eating berries while watching, mike actually got back to us holding a pokeball "guys, guys, you'll never guess what I found near the gate." He opened the ball to show off a helioptile. "It was right near so I caught it!" "Woahhh! That's amazing!" My eyes shined seeing the cute electric pokemon. "Yea but now you gotta save up to get a thunder stone." Late pointed out. Mike went speechless before he groaned a bit "youre righhhhtttt...but it's fine! I got myself a new friend, Sun" jazzie laughed "Sun? I love it"
