Forest Trip

I was indeed scolded for going out in a "public" place alone, I mean I wasn't truly alone but I guess it didn't matter. I knew Lost was just very worried for me and did not want to have another Makumi or even worse, jackal situation. Trust me I didn't either, I tried to promise him that I was safe with dolback, he's trustworthy. "I don't care mouse, just, next time wait till one of us can come with you alright? That's all I'm asking" he placed a hand on my shoulder with a serious but caring tone. I stared back into his eyes before giving a look of defeat and smiled nodding "okay, I'll be sure to wait if I ever join someone next time" "good"

We had weeb join us soon enough, me and Lost were thinking of going into an adventure world just to explore and take some fresh air. Weeb got an idea as she's been somewhere similar. She placed a portal down called "get lost". I chuckled at the name before glancing at Lost "we're going to get you!" He laughed "you can try, let's go" we went into it as Malt was also following up behind.

It was a world with a large forest and mountains, peaceful and quiet. We could hear the nature sounds like the wind, birds chirping and the tree's leaves rustling. There was just a pathway for us to walk on forward. It felt like an actual walk in the woods. Weeb and lost were up in the front talking to each other, I was behind them just admiring the surroundings while thinking to myself. Malt just followed up behind listening to the nature sounds.

Thinking huh...my head was full of thoughts..especially things that happened recently. Makumi never showed back again, who knows whenever he will again. The thing that happened to Malt..I still wonder what caused this but he's been mostly quiet or just acted like nothing even happened. Finaly...there's him...whoever that was I met back in BlackOut. He's been on my mind a lot ever since our first meeting, it's just like..a feeling that I just need to see him again. But how? I could maybe try to ask dolback but he's rarely even online. Man..I didn't have time to friend him. Then a brilliant idea hit me. I remember an update they did. I pulled up my phone slowly looking up around to see that the others were distracted before I slid to the side. Either Malt didn't care or he just didn't seem to realize I was gone. Anyway. I stayed behind a tree before searching through the phone into my socials. I went to the new tab of "last met players" I looked through it in search of that ramattra avatar. It didn't take too long before I found it. Bingo! So, Tainted? That was his name (well name tag but that's what we all use here) he was offline at the moment but I sent him a friend request anyway.

Soon enough there was a large distant screech ringing around the forest. The fuck was that. I rushed out of from behind the tree to see where the others were but they were already gone. I started sprinting ahead calling for them. Nothing. There was a 2 path ways up ahead "shit shit shit!" I had no clue what path they took. The screeches got louder and louder as they were approaching. I went the down the right path hopefully that's where they went. Right is always right...right!? I ran for a while without any sign of them. Shit..There's no way they haven't realized I had left. Maybe there's time for me to turn back-

The moment I turned around to return to the split path, I could see a giant animal beast in the distance, my heart skipped a beat hearing that screech again. It was definitely coming from that creature and it was coming my way. I screamed in terror before running as fast as I could. It was taking a lot of my energy but I kept trying to call for the others or just even get in contact with Malt somehow. Since he wasn't in my head, there's no way he could respond back to me, But Can he hear me? I just had to pray.

The more I kept running, the more exhausting it was. That thing chasing wasn't slowing down at all. I need a place to hide. How lucky of me. Ahead there was an old cabin, just in reach for me to get too. Why couldn't this just be a normal hike out!? Nobody warned me about monsters here!! I ran into the cabin and hid behind one of the tables that was on the floor. The cabin inside was basically just a messy wreck, like it's been ravaged. Heavy footsteps were heard and the screech was so close that I felt the whole building shake. It was right outside the cabin. I stayed quiet and still until i could hear it leaving. Phew.. "OW! M-mother trucker!" I had felt a rather sharp pain in the stomach, there wasn't anything around, the heck was that then!? I didn't have time to figure it out.

After crawling out the cabin, making sure the path was freed, I bolted it down the opposite direction of where the beast went. If that direction could help me find the others, it would be great. I think my prayers were finally answered. I could hear a faint call of my name in the distance. "Lost!! Weeb!!" I called before going off the path to find them while they kept calling for me. I kept calling back for them to receive their responses for me to locate them. Finallyyyyy! It's over!

As soon as I got out the bushes "I found you!!" I exclaimed in pure joy before it was quickly taken away. The path was empty and the calls were gone. What...what the? I looked around and still couldn't find them. That wasn't until I kicked something by accident and heard my name called again, looking down I saw a radio, almost shattered. It had faint statics and the calls were coming from there. They must be at the radio tower!!
