Ashka dressed to impress her prospective new employer the following morning. She still had to finish unpacking boxes but that was at the back of her mind as she sat in the office while he went over her resume. He called her former employer and was talking with him for quite a while making her a bit nervous. She was a damned good lawyer and she knew it. Hopefully her former employer would tell her prospective new employer that! She watched as he put the phone down then turned his attention back to her. She instinctively swallowed the lump that had formed in her throat as her heart raced in her chest. He finally smiled and said that her previous employer had nothing but good things to say about her and promised she'd be an asset to his firm. She sighed with relief hearing that. He walked her back to the front so she could do all her paperwork before she was officially hired.

She thanked him for giving her the opportunity as she took all the needed paperwork. He told her she'd start the following week so they could prepare an office for her. She thanked him again before sitting down to fill out all the papers she needed. It took over fifteen minutes but she finally finished everything before she looked them over to make sure she hadn't missed anything. With everything done, she handed her paperwork to the receptionist who welcomed her to the firm. She smiled and thanked her before leaving the office building to head to her car. Not wanting to cook at home, she stopped by the local little café to grab a bite to eat before going home to start back on the unpacking process. She noticed several bikes in the parking lot when she pulled in. Grabbing her purse, she locked her SUV and walked in. There in a booth close to the door were several of the heavily tattooed men wearing those leather vests she'd seen at the charity event all having lunch together. One caught her eye and he smiled at her making her smile shyly back before she found herself a seat. Chibs just stared at her as she walked across the diner to find a seat away from the door. She definitely didn't look like she belonged there.

She was short, closer to 5', and curvy in all the right places. Her outfit accentuated what God gave her and he liked what he was seeing. Her long, curly dark brown hair was hanging loosely and looked like it would be perfect to run his fingers through. Tig laughing caught his attention so he turned back around to his table. Juice had said something to make Bobby and Tig laugh but Chibs was more preoccupied with the brunette hottie at the other table to pay attention to anything happening at his table. The waitress flirted but Chibs didn't bother with her as Tig flirted back. The brunette hottie was still on his mind as he absent-mindedly followed his brothers back out to their bikes. They needed to get back to the shop so they could get back to work. Chibs was thankful to have a distraction from the brunette who seemed to all of a sudden penetrated all his thoughts.

Once Ashka had finished her meal, she paid out, left a tip, and headed home. There were plenty of boxes she needed to unpack still. She hoped to have everything set up and put away before she started work the following week. She was thankful they paid by direct deposit so she wouldn't have to worry about picking up a paper check and waiting for it to clear at the bank. With the living room pretty well put together minus a few photos put up here and there, she opted to start in on the kitchen. That way she could start using the amazing kitchen she had and not have to call in for food or head to a restaurant to eat. An hour later and she was satisfied with where everything was and the counters didn't look too cluttered with her appliances. She threw the empty packing boxes into the living room to deal with them later. Her next stop was the master bedroom. She had to unpack all her suitcases and the boxes that were there.
