A few days later she was alone in her house, as usual, but something woke her up. She crept to the bedroom door and listened to hear what she could. Not hearing anything, she cautiously walked down the hall to the top of the stairs. She heard at least two intruders in the living room so she rushed, as quietly as she could, back to her bedroom door. She shut it, grabbed her cell phone, and walked into the master bathroom where she shut the door and locked it. Not knowing who else to call, she dialed Chibs' number. It was the middle of the night and she hated waking him up.

"Aye, love, do ya know what time it is?" He sleepily asked.

"I'm so sorry for waking you up. It seems there's a couple people in my living room. I don't know what to do. Should I call the police?" She whispered.

"No! We'll be right there! Get somewhere safe." He stated as he jumped out of bed, wide awake now.

"I'm in the master bathroom. I've got the door locked. Please hurry. I'm...I'm scared." She confessed.

"I know, love. We're on our way." He stated as he knocked on Tig's door, "Just stay in the bathroom and we'll be there as soon as we can. What's your address?"

She gave him the address before he told her once again they were on their way and to stay safe and hidden. Neither Tig nor Happy were very thrilled at being woken up in the middle of the night but Chibs explained the situation making both men awaken quickly. This could be club related or it could be a random robbery. They wouldn't know until they got there. Chibs had her address so they zoomed off to find her house once everyone was dressed. They parked a block away from the house and jogged to their destination. When they arrived, the found the door ajar. Each man took out his gun before Chibs nudged the door open more for them to enter. They slowly made their way through the living room then into the kitchen. It was obvious someone had been digging through drawers and cabinets. They searched the whole downstairs area before slowly making their way upstairs. They could see the light from the master bedroom in the hallway and all prepared for a fight as they got closer to the bedroom door. It was wide open as two masked men were digging through drawers.

"Hold it right there! Put down whatever ya got an' put your 'ands up!" Chibs exclaimed as they stood at the doorway making both men turn around quickly.

"We were here first!" The taller of the two burglars stated as Happy cocked his gun.

"This ain't about territory. You're breaking into a friend of ours' home. You're going to leave and forget this place exists." Tig stated.

"Make us!" The shorter guy defiantly stated.

Happy shot the short guy in the knee making him drop to the ground and grab his knee while he yowled in pain. Ashka kept her hands over her mouth to avoid screaming. She didn't know what was going on all she knew was there were burglars in her bedroom and she just heard what sounded like a gunshot go off. Chibs' voice could be heard but she was still frightened. Suddenly it sounded like a barroom brawl happening in her bedroom! A loud "thud" was heard against the bathroom door and she did her best not to scream again. After a few minutes it got quiet. Then there came a knock at the door.

"Ashka, love, it's just me. Open up. You're safe." She heard Chibs' thick Scottish accent say from the other side of the door.

She got up from her place on the floor with her phone still in her hand and cautiously opened up the door. He stood there and gave her a friendly smile. It took him off guard when she flung herself in his arms. He chuckled and wrapped his arms around her waist to hug her back.

"It's ok, love. We're taking care o' the intruders as we speak. They were just robbers looking for anything they could steal t' sell for drugs. Happy and Tig are teaching them a lesson about breaking and entering. I promise ya, you're safe now." He told her making her sigh with relief.
