Say you won't let go

Chapter 12

"STOP." 

"Gosh they act more like a couple than we do." EJ says to his girlfriend for a year now while looking at Ricky and Nini across the room. 

Ricky is hovering over he with his hands on the both sides of her waist. The sound of laughter between the two of them as he tickles her and has a huge smile on his face.

"We already know this babe." she laughs at him. Five years they have been saying they will get together. It has gotten worse every year as they get old.

"Can we get this sleepover started?" Gina says. The two 'lovebirds' look up and nod. Ricky gets up and pulls her up. They sit side by side with his arm wrapped around her shoulders bringing her close to his side.

"So what are we doing?" Ricky asks. Gina and EJ burst out laughing. "What do you want to do?" Gina says. "Well I am the mood for chocolate cake so." Ricky says. EJ agrees.

Nini lights up. "Oh I the ingredients for that. I can make it for you." she says excitedly. "Oh  I can help." Gina says as excited. They both get up and head to the kitchen.

They come back 15 minutes. "OK the cake is in. We have to wait twenty five minutes for it to cook and then another half an hour for it to be cool before we can ice it." Nini says.

"That is so long bubby." Ricky groans. Yes she said it out loud but EJ and Gina are used to it. I mean they have been friends with them for about 10 years so if they aren't used to it by now there is something wrong.

"I know but hey we could watch a few episodes of Arrow right." she says going to sit next to him again. "Yeah."he says. His arm takes its previous place around her pulling her into him.

"NO NOT RAY." "YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE WITH OLIVER." "YOU  ARE WITH THE WRONG PERSON." "FELICITY YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE WITH OLIVER, LIKE ONE OF THE MOST GOOD LOOKING MEN OUT THERE." a chorus of screams were in heard in the room.

Suddenly an alarm rang and Nini got up and took the cake out the oven and put it onto the counter. "So guys what did you think of the new people in the group?" Gina asks.

"I think they are cool and funny and honestly super amazing." EJ says and the other three agree. "Everything is changing and it isn't just the four of us anymore." Nini says with tears in her eyes.

Ricky quickly pulls her into a hug. "Hey hey princess. We won't every change. We will always be us four against the world. Our team is growing bigger." he tells he and she nods.

"We will always have each other right?" she asks. "Of course. I am not letting you go anytime soon." he says to her and the others agree.

"Me either." she says. It is now about 45 minutes later and the girls are bringing the cake to the boys. On the top it said "Us four against the world". They cut it and both boys grab their waists and pull them on top of them. Nini on Ricky and Gina on EJ.

"I love you princess." Ricky says to Nini with a big smile . "I love you too luvie." She says with her smile matching his. "Say you won't let go." she says to him. "I wouldn't dream of it." he says and hugs her closer and then kisses her forehead.
