The Younger Stilinski (Season 1)

Wolf's Bane

We are currently in Derek's car. Yeah. Derek Hale's car. Apparently, he's alive. And the police are after him, thanks to Scott, who is driving Derek's car. This is terrifying. And we're in a car chase with a hunter.

"Faster?"

I look behind us. "Much faster." Scott presses the gas pedal a little more.

"Scott, I don't think you're grasping the concept of the car chase here." Stiles states as he keeps looking behind us.

"If I go faster, I'll kill us."

I scoff. "Well, if you don't go faster, they're gonna kill us!"

My brother looks behind us again. "They're gone." Stiles turns up the police radio as we hear them talking and listen in to the call. Derek's in the ironworks.

"Go, go, go!" We make it to the ironworks, and Stiles opens the door as Scott comes to a screeching stop.

"Get in." Stiles jumps to the back with me as Derek jumps inside while getting shot at and Scott takes off.

"What part of laying low don't you understand?"

"Damn it, I had him!"

"Who, the alpha?" Stiles asks sticking his head between Scott and Derek.

"Yes! He was right in front of me and the friggin' police showed up."

"Oh, hey, they're just doing their jobs..." The older wolf glares at him. "...uh, yeah..."

"Yeah, thanks to someone who decided to make me the most wanted fugitive in the entire state." Derek states, shifting his glare to Scott.

"Can we seriously get past that? I made a dumbass mistake. I get it.'

"All right." I raise my voice to stop them from arguing.

"How did you find him?" Derek doesn't answer Stiles.

Scott rolls his eyes. "Can you try to trust us for at least half a second?"

"Yeah, all three of us." Derek just stares at my brother. "Or just him and Cameron. I'll be back here."

"Look, the last time I talked to my sister, she was close to figuring something out. She found two things. The first was a guy named Harris."

Stiles jumps back up. "Our chemistry teacher?"

"Why him?" Scott chimes in.

"I don't know yet."

"What's the second?"

Derek pulls out a small piece of paper with a drawing. "Some kind of symbol." He looks at Scott as he barely glances at it. "What? You know what this is?"

"I've seen it on a necklace. Allison's necklace."

"This is gonna be impossible, you know?" Scott asks as we walk inside the school.

"Why don't you just ask her if you can borrow it?" Stiles suggested.

"How?"

Stiles sighs. "It's easy. You just say, 'Hey, Allison, can I borrow your necklace to see if there's anything on it or in it that can lead me to an alpha werewolf that I need to kill in order to get back together with you?'"

"You're not helping. Cam?"

"Why don't you just talk to her."

"She won't talk to me. What if she, like, only takes it off in the shower or something?"
