Seher's POV

"Gosh! Their wedding was so goddamn beautiful!" Jade exclaimed as we headed towards the cafeteria in the hospital that we work at, for our lunch break.

I usually prefer spending my lunch break at my favourite cafe; Muffin's, but as you may already know that today I'm not alone, Jade and Sarah are accompanying me for lunch, so they suggested that we should just go to the hospital's cafeteria instead of somewhere outside, since they need to get back to their work quickly and honestly, so do I.

And yeah Muffin is the owner's pet dog's name so hence the cafe's name is Muffin's, and he is so freaking adorable, so you can say that Muffin is half of the reason why Muffin's is my favourite cafe and the other half reason is their actual muffins, which by the way are the most delicious muffins that I have ever tasted.

Anyways, the owner, Joshua, sometimes brings his pet, Muffin, along with him and I get to spend my lunch break playing with him.

"Oh really? Was it?" Sarah's enthusiastic voice snapped me out of my 'Muffin' thoughts.

"Oh sure as hell it was" Jade replied as I couldn't help but roll my eyes at her. It's been almost a week since Daniel and Susan's wedding but she still couldn't get over it.

"So beautiful that it made me wanna get married too" She added as her blonde hair bounced over her shoulders everytime she moved too much while speaking with so much energy and enthusiasm.

"Well then why don't you make the first move and propose Mason?" I replied.

"Like just go and take the first step towards your dream wedding" I added with a careless shrug as she opened her mouth to say something but then closed it again like a fish out of water.

I know I left her speechless, I mentally chuckled at the thought.

"Well...I don't literally mean everything I say, Seher. I mean yeah I do wanna get married at some point but surely not this early" She replied a moment later, though she knew I was just teasing her.

"And about Mason...he is just too busy to be thinking about all this stuff..." She trailed off with a sigh.

"God! I miss him and thinking that I won't be seeing him until later tonight, makes me miss him even more" She added with a pout as I just rolled my eyes.

She literally just met him this morning before leaving for work.

Drama queen!

"Anyways, coming back to the topic..." I paused.

"I think you might have a wedding hangover" I commented as Sarah just chuckled.

"Yeah and as if you don't" Jade replied mockingly.

"Of course, I don't" I said with a slight shrug to my shoulders.

Yeah sure the wedding ceremony was beautiful but I'm not hung over on it like Jade.

"Yeah...that's hard to believe but..." She paused thinking.

"The way you say it makes me wanna believe it" She continued and seemed confused by her own words.

"But maybe that's just because you are single, honey" She added.

"Or maybe she's not" Sarah said jumping into the conversation.

"And what exactly do you mean by that?" I asked frowning but then a few seconds later it hit me that she thinks that there's something going on between Kevin and I, she even spread this rumour among our friends.

"Ah. I get it..." I paused as Sarah just grinned.

"You think that there's something going on between me and that guy who came to our hospital a few days back" I continued.
