Kol took me to a secret house in the the bayou. It was small but still big enough. Klaus didn't want to alert anyone of our arrival quite yet.

The second we got inside we set up everything and Kol started teaching. I was getting extremely aggravated.

I couldn't do a simple locator spell. Kol was getting me to practice by trying to locate Klaus even though we knew where he was.

"You need to focus." Kol said impatiently from behind me. I couldn't keep my mind off the dreams, necklace, and what Klaus said.

"I am." I said still very aggravated. He grabbed my arm and spun me to face him.

"No you're not. What's distracting you?"

"Nothing." I said through my teeth and my eyes slits. He narrowed his eyes.

"What's distracting you?" he nearly shouted. I pulled my arm aggressively away from him.

"None of your business." I said harshly.

"I bet you're thinking about that stupid Salvatore that pretended to love you!" he shouted. What was that?

"No. I'm thinking about how your a total asshole that I want to punch everytime you shout or smirk!" I shouted back.

"At least I'm not a whore who kissed her boyfriends brother while they were basically together!" my eyes widened.

Without thinking I slapped him hard across the face and stormed outside. I ran all the way back to the Quarter.

It was raining and dark. I decided to stop and catch my breath in an alley with no one around. I was bent over with one hand on the wall panting.

"You shouldn't be out here by yourself, little lady." a voice said behind me. I spun around quickly. I saw a man with dark brown hair and blue eyes. "The streets a New Orleans are awfully dangerous. Especially at night." he looked me up and down. "I could escort you home, you look lost." He held a devilish grin. I shook my head and started backing away. I spun around to leave when I saw another guy behind me.

I turned again to see I was circled by seven vampires. They're veins began to show. One pushed me against the wall. I gasped. He went to feed but was thrown off me.

I saw Kol fighting all them. He was ripping hearts out. He ripped the heart out of the last one and the his body fell to the ground.

Kol turned to me and dropped the heart. He took quick long strides over to me. He cupped my face and titled my head up and searched me for injuries.

"Are you alright, love?" he asked looking me in the eyes. I nodded and looked down at his lips. What if it was true? What if the dreams were memories?

My heart started beating rapidly. I leaned closer to Kol. I cupped the back of his neck and brought his lips down on mine. He didn't hesitate to kiss back. My hands cupped his face and moved one and wrapped my arm around his kneck. His lips were soft and perfect.

"Fine." I said weakly. Kol looked to me.

"No."

"Kol, it's okay. I don't want you daggered." tears started to fall and he stroked my cheek with his knuckles.

"Elena-" I cut him off.

"Do it. Kiss me then compel me." Kol nodded and his eyes were full of sorrow. He leaned in slowly and touched his lips to mine. His lips were soft and perfect as always. The kiss was soft and sweet.

He pulled away and looked me in the eyes.

"Forget our first meeting. Forget the day we shared. Forget every kiss we shared. Forget every story and secret we told. Forget how you feel about me. Forget our night in your lake house. Forget who gave you this necklace but keep it with you always, no matter what and don't show it to anyone. Carry it always and forever as I shall keep every moment I shared with you always and forever. Now, sleep for three hours." my eyes shut and I fell into Kol's arms.

The memory finished and the feelings came back. I pulled away from the kiss. I felt tears start in my eyes as I looked into his. I touched my necklace and smiled at Kol.

"K as in Kol." I said with my voice shaking.

"You remember." he whispered. I nodded.

"I first thought they were just dreams. I've been seeing the memories since I became human again. That's why I was distracted earlier." Kol sighed.

"I wanted to tell you but I wasn't sure the memories would comeback. I didn't think you'd believe me." He leaned his head against mine. "I missed you so much." he whispered.

I pulled his head up and smashed my lips to his. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. He vamp sped us to the house in the bayou.

He kicked opened the door. Our lips never once lost connection. He closed the door and pinned me against it. He grabbed my shirt and pulled it over my head.

He pulled away so I can breath and he started at my kneck. I moaned and tangled my hands in his hair.

He sped us to the table and used his arm to sweep everything off of it and on the ground before laying me on it. I pulled his shirt over his head and threw it.
