                      MAIRAAJ MALIK

Darr, jab larai mein darr na ho to jeet mein maza nhe, mere Ustaad kaha krte the.
Mene hamesha khud ko Malik khandaan ka gaddi nashi mana hai aur Malik khandan mein darr ki koi jaga nhe.

Leading one of the largest mafias of the world along with the family business, my life had no place for peril.
Lekin darr to tab hota hai na jab koi kamzori ho.
Jis ne mot ko 4 saal ki umar mein hi pehli baar dekh lia ho, usse darr nhe dara sakta.

The white curtains fluttered as it let the bright sunlight inside.

The black silk sheets wrinkled at the edges as Mairaj's hard muscles peeked from underneath his duvet.

Laying on his stomach, he turned when his phone buzzed.

"Hmm" he said to whoever that was at the other end of the phone.

"Sir, ap ki meeting aj 10 baje ke liye schedule kr di hai." the man on the other side said.

Without any reply, Mairaj ended the call and got up..

The direct sunlight illuminating the greens of his eyes.

He washed up and got ready into a black Armani suit as he quickly walked down the stairs.

The only people at the dining being his Dada Sa and his youngest sister, Haya..

" Salam bhai." Haya said as her eyes landed on his advancing figure.

" Walikumsalaam." he replied.

As he sat at rhe dining Dada Sa started asking him about the business.

" Sab kaam theek chal rha hai, Dada Sa." he assured him.

" Mairaj, tum se jo mne baat ki thi uss ke baare me tum ne socha?"

" Dada Sa...." he sighed dejectedly knowing he had the same conversation before as well.
"Ap jaante hn ke iss waqt shaadi ki koi intention nhe hai meri."

" Beta Malik khandan ko khatam hone dena chahte ho kia tum?"

" Jab tak mein zinda hun, Malik khandan ko koi khattam nhe kar sakta."
he replied as he got up.

But suddenly, "Bhai! Ik baat krni thi ap se." Haya suddenly stopped.

" Bolo! Haya kia hua?" he replied as he walked.

Haya quickly walked behind him to catch up with him.

" Bhai! Bhai. Meri baat Dada Sa ke doctor se hui thi. Aj kal vo bilkul khana nhe kha rhe aur kaafi depressing baaten krne lage hn jese mere din kam reh gye hn .Un ke doctor ne suggest kia hai ke Dada sa ko kisi neurologist se milwa len" she said constantly looking up to see how his expression might have changed.

Haya was the only one Mairaaj was close with in the house other than his grandfather. He knew besides being an older brother to her, she was still constantly treading on thin ice whole time talking to him, making sure not to offend him.

He blinked twice, before pulling out his phone, " Haan! meri aaj ki saari meetings cancel kardo."

Then," Ham Dada Sa ko aaj hi nerologist ke paas le kr jayen ge." he said to Haya and walked back inside the house.

Somehow Haya persuaded Dada Sa to  get into the car as Mairaj's secretary informed the hospital about their arrival.
